22/10/12 on 39.5 % from the floor over his last 11. He's back to taking 3s (4.5 per game on 18 % shooting) and isn't even attacking the rim regularly as of late (only 3.6 FGA in the restricted area over the last 5; on the season he's at 8.1 per game). 48.8 TS%/105 ORtG.
He's currently on a 5 game long streak with more rebounds than field goals. He's also recorded more turnovers than field goals over the last 5.
He scored 25 or more only 2x since Roberson went down (11 games).
He's clearly been playing hurt since right before the break. He's barely driving, won't face up or shoot his pull up, or really any shot that isn't wide open. He's getting swatted on drives. Get your lumps in while you can, I guess
He's playing like trash, period. Unless he magically gets hurt for two months, then plays (very well) for 6-8 weeks and then gets hurt again without anybody knowing about it, I'd reckon it has something to do with how we play and that the lack of an offensive system is especially bad when nobody is doing the dirty work a 4 normally does. Roberson started doing that and suddenly Russ was 'back'. Now we're back to Adams being the only guy who could free somebody up and teams have been loading up on Russ again with George trying to get free and Huesti and Melo just standing around.
