It may be more an issue of current readiness than one of ultimate potential, though, in which case -- another nice move by the Dubs, who don't need contributions from him for at least a couple of years. Conventional wisdom has him playing 2017-18 in the G-League at Santa Cruz, possibly as the Dubs second TWC. With 19 on the Training Camp Roster, obviously at least 4 guys will be in Santa Cruz or looking elsewhere for a spot.

I can see a little of this in the Dubs' game:

This is labeled: "Junior Season Reel," but I thought he exited as a sophomore. Looks pretty good:

Here's a whole game with TT at Center vs. Minnesota. He gets beat -- and one -- on the first possession, but then comes right back and scores the first two buckets for OSU. Couple of nice defensive plays later in the 1st Q, that's as far as I watched:

Your memory is partly right. He was only at OSU for two years, but it looks like he had a year someplace else, Va Tech I think.
This movie is like the Rocky Horror Picture Show where everyone knows all the lines.

They wouldn't add him this year, but if he were willing to take a big time discount (The dude has made to much money already) the dude could replace Zaza and West next year.

The thing about Lopez is that he plays crappy defense and is a horrible rebounder for his size and mobility. But on offense he is very very good.

We have Draymond, Durant, and now Bell to protect a guy like Lopez. It's kind of a good fit. . He's also a decent passer if I remember.

Honestly though....I'd much rather have Robin, and Robin is perfect for our team.

I’d dump Quinn Cook for Suns ex guard Mike James in a heartbeat. Dude can run a team and is tough.

Damn no opinions on this guy? I really liked James on the Suns. Surprised no one picked him up

Someone mentioned bringing in Rodney Stuckey if we clear a roster spot.

I haven’t watched the Suns yet this year. I’ll have to check him out on YouTube or something.

Would Noah interest anyone if bought out by Knicks?

He's been so injured, so bad in recent years, and now this issue with Horny.....But I have to admit I'd want some due diligence done.

I'm sure he's a bit washed up, but I feel more comfortable knowing we have a big to bang with Steven Adams. Take some fouls and body him up for a little throughout the game.

I wonder if the Warriors are willing to take on a bigger salary. Noah would be a minimum but as a vet, would carry a higher minimum salary than whatever someone like Quinn Cook is getting?

Who are you cutting if they sign Noah?

To me, he aint worth it at this point of his career.

Just a guess but I think they would cut Looney. Casspi would seem like a possibility but he’s a veteran that came here for the vet minimum and Myers usually likes to fulfill his “promises” to veteran players that sign here on the cheap. It’s good business.

We can't cut Looney. We're going to need him against Houston.

Corey Brewer has been horrible for about 4 years now. The guy should just retire. He does nothing well anymore.

And actually when he is on the floor against us, I love it because it means we're about to go on a run.

I wonder if anyone would entertain the thought of bringing back Seth Curry. I believe he’s a free agent this year and he could definitely provide lucrative scoring off the bench. Dump Nick Young and McGee.
The scariest question in NBA history.

"Can Stephen Curry get better?"

It would be a good story but he hasn't played all year so he might not be fully recovered and of course his lack of size makes him a liability on defense.

Not that Young isn't but Clark thrived by moving without the ball.

Also, I don't want Young back unless for a minimum but his size allow him to get off shots that Seth might have problems doing, unless he got off the dribble skills like his brother.
