Think it's an L. Dallas' players are fired up from all the tanking talk and they want to prove they can still compete on a nightly basis. Dirk at the 5 is horrible for our starting unit. Adams out at the 3pt line leaves us with horrible paint defense. They won last time in OKC because our genius coach thought it would be good for Grant to guard DSJ for 4 straight possessions. Russ and George need to be way better than they have been post ASB if we want a chance at the W.

Howsie wrote:Look at that defence with Patterson and Adams together.
If we had played Patterson with him when we had Dre, it could have been pretty special. Melo is getting worse but it’s ok because in five years no one will care.

Howsie wrote:I don’t get the whole Melo thing, why can’t he just go to the bench? Best thing we could do is piss him off and he decides not to opt in next year.
I think upsetting him would guarantee he opts in and forces OKC to trade him to his team of choice or deal with him being disgruntled in the locker room all year. If he thinks he was treated right/fair by the organization then he might opt out when PG leaves

That’s not true. He’s making Powell look like an allstar.
