I hope you are kidding...no way in hell this ref should keep his job after that BONEHEADED T....no one paid their money to see KAT go to the locker room...

Whatever Towns said, I think you give him a warning and tell him to calm down before you toss him.

Ref's got a hair trigger there.

Yeah, he plays really physical, on the border of an offensive foul and then complains that he is fouled, every single freaking time. So annoying.

He wasn’t stat padding at all in the game tonight. Game was close the entire time - one less rebound, one less basket, etc. could have caused his team lose the game.

Well, that’s game over. In the crazy West, this drops the Wolves from the 3 seed all the way to the 6 seed.

New standings:
1. Houston
2. Golden State
3. Portland
4. San Antonio
5. Oklahoma City
6. Minnesota
7. New Orleans
8. Denver

He probably told the ref that his wife tastes like honeynut cheerios.

That should illustrate what a worthless stat it is

Yeah - I’ve seen many examples of worthless +/- stats...like Anthony Davis will have negative plus minuses sometimes in games where he had like 5 clutch rebounds to save the game along w/ 45 points, 16 rebounds, etc. while the rest of his team didn’t do anything. All it really means sometimes is that the game was very close while you were playing...

Eh. Nope. That is certainly not "all it really means", especially as the seasons progress (speaking nothing to the players we're talking about).

Chill out. You don’t even know what Towns said. It could easily have been a mandatory call depending on what words he used.

Literally EVERYONE in the NBA uses their off hand...I dont think he extends his arm out or anything tho so maybe that why he doesnt get called for it, but that should have been an and 1.

Which would you take less seriously, a stat-padder, a superteamer, a ring-chaser or a foul-fisher? That's your NBA right now as embodied by the current top 4 best players of the league.

This is very true...

I was giving the ref the benifit of the doubt because they certainly put up with a lot of crying. Towns shouldnt have got ejected, still Towns needs to be smarter than that when playing with T already, especially so soon after the first.

We're way past 'giving these refs the benefit of the doubt'.

Towns was working the ref for a while. It could have been an accumulation thing, but still, I think you can't toss him that fast, unless it was an f-bomb.

Both techs were complete garbage. Let's be real here. Refs got to get over their fragile egos and stop trying to be so important.

That ref missed a KAT call before so he scored on Gobert, shouldve been an AND1 and he yelled to the ref "Call That" and got T'd

Bogus call

I don't think Towns should have been tossed. But gobert was vertical Towns scored it was not a foul.
