Yeah so uhhhhh, intermittent fasting works and works well. It is so **** easy. You don't have to do any crazy ass diet or anything, but if you do a specific diet plus the fasting? It's very effective. I went low-carb for a couple of weeks and my body turned into a furnace. Haven't even started working out yet and I've lost mad weight fast.

Example:

Eat a large, protein-rich (burns very slow, will stay full and without much of an appetite for a while) meal at 9pm. Go to bed at 11pm. Wake up at 7am. Congratulations, you just fasted for 10 hours. 6 more to go (men). Skip breakfast and have some coffee instead. Break your fast at 1pm with a light meal. The rest of the remaining 8 hours until 9pm are your eating hours.

Intermittent Fasting.

Kill two birds with 1 stone with the low-carb + intermittent fasting KD, nioce!

Alright, finished Stranger Things 2 earlier

Spoilers brehs:

Spoiler:
Love/hate with it. Think it started off great and they lead beautifully from the first series but the ending was kinda' disappointing. Definitely still room for error as it seems the story will continue but they climax'd with a cliff of inconsistencies that are far from extraterrestrial or coincidental. I can't fathom that the director started this continuation with the idea of having some random boyish nerd become the hero of such a stipulated situation. Makes it seem like they just threw him in last minute as a soft solution. I mean, how can they expect us to believe that as a bystandard he could, A, accept the reality they lived as true without doubt or second guessing and , B, have the innate courage/intelligence to save the crew from the Hawkins lab as he did and then to just kill him off after that. I mean C'mon, you can't do that, I think for that reason Bob has to be resurrected and normalized, he's the biggest anomaly of the second series. I can overlook all the other inconsistencies if they can make sense of his involvement. I fear that the director will just add whatever favors ratings and this show ends up like many teenage quasi-romances that once had substance like MTV's Teen Wolf. I will say tho, loved everything else about it including the new characters Max/her brother and their strange parents... Good actors with potential in the plot/city. Side story with Eleven's sister/friend is kind of interesting too but the ending where they saved everybody with the use of Morse code and Eleven's timely arrival... um meh. Messy, real messy.

Peaky Blinders is a pretty dope show, very underrated if youre into the mob/gang type shows.

If youre into Boardwalk Empire, you'd love Peaky.

I use to use PhotoshopCC till my 7 day free trial expired.

So far example, I download a youtube video, or any video. Take its URL and paste it on some website that makes you download the video to desktop.

Take video > upload on PhotoshopCC, cut out the frames I don't need, and modify if needed, save/convert to Gif Format.

Then paste gif into imgur.

Do you do two weeks on, then two weeks off, or some other cycle?

Nope. Just stick with it. It's not difficult at all.

Pretty much this.

No need to cycle on/off.

You can do it for life.

Joel Anthony inspired the great young generation of Canadian players we see in the NBA today.
