I saw the NBA released this video. Simmons best play from every game this year so far.

In some ways it shows the evolution of how much better he has gotten even in such a small period of time over the course of the season. His first 10 or 15 games people were saying he was being too soft and laying up balls that he should have been dunking. I remember his first real dunk with authority was against Atlanta and thinking he had broken out a bit and realised he could match it.

Now every game he seems to be dunking 2-3 times a game and attacking the basket. I think he has come a fair way in 60 games... can only imagine what his improvement will be after 2-3 seasons.

Big change in line-up is we play with Beli with Ben’s 2nd unit, Beli replaced TJ’s place (Beli,Ben,Roco,Dario and Amir). And that Ben’s 2nd unit is not a negative anymore.

SO happy with Ben lately.

A part of me is just afraid he’ll turn into one of those low impact high volume raw stats guys like Rondo or Blake Griffin. He’s a work in progress but he’s heading towards the right direction.

Lately, he’s been shooting when there’s limited time, providing very good impact on offense, be more aggressive and been taking more jumpers.

I didn't see him much in college, had that fear myself. I'm not worried about him any more though. Especially seeing what he's able to do on defense.

I think this still a small sample size of what Ben Simmons can become. He should of been an All Star but clearly the league didn’t want a rookie in the game. Embiid and Simmons are gonna be a very dangerous one-two punch in the league for a long time...as long as they stay healthy.

Ben Simmons is 19th in the entire NBA in VORP as a 21 year old. I think any concerns about him being a stat-stuffing role player can be put to bed. He's a phenom in the making.

He's putting up one of the all-time best VORP rookie seasons.

I just looked up Magic’s VORP as a rookie, and he was at 5.3. Why isn’t he in your list?

Edit: Larry Bird was 5.4. I’m guessing that you have a time limit on your search.

He's 24th all time.

Of course, VORP is sort of a counting stat so presumably he will continue to climb as the year goes on.

I could be wrong, it may or may not matter but Ben either looks quiet or have that star aura that leads certain distance to his teammate. Same was reported in LSU. Like I see Dario hangout more with TJ. While Biid usually hangsout more Justin Anderson, Fultz and sometimes RoCo. I dont often see Ben hangout with his teammates. But then my source is instagram stories so my take can be inaccurate.

Yeah guarantee that is almost certainly an introvert. I bet if he was tested under the Myers Briggs he would be an INFP or INTP as he shows all the attributes.

I'm an INFP and very similar. People that work with me and know me say "No way are you an introvert" but an introvert isn't necessasrily someone who is shy and sits in the corner. It's someone who needs time and space to themselves and can find people draining.

One of the questions they ask you in the Myers Briggs is do you go out with workmates after work or on weekends. Introverts don't.. because once you have been around people all day the last thing you want is to hang out with them outside of work. Extroverts gets their energy by being around people so like going out for a drink with workmates. Yet at work I am the outgoing one that chats to and strikes up convos with everyone. Not necessarily an indication though of how well you get along with people.

The fact Ben plays computer games as well like Call of Duty is another tell tale sign. I am 47 and I still play call of duty most nights... even if its just for 30 minutes as its my relaxation and almost meditative time and my time to myself without the girlfriend and kids asking me how my day went along with 100 other questions

Being an introvert is a good thing, good for him.

I don’t know if he is an introvert or an extrovert, but he seems social and well liked within the team.

He has a personality like Tim Duncan to me. Strong competitive fire, but quiet and low volume communicator.

Embiid on the other hand has a personality like Barkley or Shaq. Gregarious and loud.

Wonder if anyone told Ben.

I think he'll play in the Olympics but probably skip everything else.

That's very close to the start of the season.
