But the Stormy Waters hush money was during the campaign and when and how are very much a gray area.

It isn't gray, it is clearly corruption. This is bribery in attempt to win an election.

Anyone take a look at video footage of Trump from 20 years ago and now? I think he has dementia to go along with all the other not so favorable traits. And since the state department has been gutted - I guess he is going to work on the minutia of the talks with the North Koreans?

Yes while neither of us are physiologists his inability to keep on tract and to have firm opinions without wavering is very unnerving. He has reversed himself within a day of making pronouncements on DACA, Gun Control, not exempting Canada & Mexico on steel & aluminum tariffs. He is likely to exempt Australia as well since the Shark gave him a call and you know Trumpster is afraid of sharks.

The State Department is a joke when a dumbass like Kushner goes into a meeting in Mexico without a ambassador who has experience. What ever we may think about Kim Jong-un he is far more experienced and tougher than Trump. We know that Trump has a hair trigger and I'm sure the North Koreans have scenarios in place to trigger that. But they also may use a soft approach to boost his ego since the world revolves around Trump. I'm sure reasonable advisors if there are any will not let this meeting happen.

I read the article for some God forsaken reason and you have to literally be a very simple minded idiot to believe the the conclusion the article insinuates. It’s actually an insult to the intelligence of Conservatives and Republicans.

But an email uncovered in the last 24 hours and provided to NBC News by Clifford's current attorney, Michael Avenatti, shows First Republic Bank and Cohen communicated about the money using his Trump company email address, not his personal gmail account.

"I think this document seriously calls into question the prior representation of Mr. Cohen and the White House relating to the source of the monies paid to Ms. Clifford in an effort to silence her," said Avenatti, who is representing Clifford in a lawsuit against Trump.

"The $130,000 question, however, is from whose account was the money transferred on Oct. 26, 2017." Avenatti said.

He said the email "suggests" it might have been a Trump Organization account since the correspondence was through Cohen's Trump email. He said it was "curious" that after he got the email, he immediately forwarded it to his personal gmail and then used gmail to forward it to Davidson, presumably to show the money was ready to be wired.

"Mr. Cohen should immediately provide the prior emails [between him and the bank] to show exactly where the money came from," Avenatti said.

The only lawyer I know of who does business like Trump's lawyer... Saul Goodman. They might as well be writing a future script of "Better Call Saul".

It could just be rumors but if Kennedy retires we’ll say goodbye to any Progressive movement for the next 25 years and expect a lot of the gains over the past couple decades to be overturned. Say what you want about Republicans, they understand the bigger picture and play for the long game.

I could definitely see Cohen arranging a trip to “Belize” for Trumps many accusers.

Putin’s not so subtle message to deplorables, that he is on their side. White Nationalist chant Russia is our friend” and they deflect on-behalf of Putin and his meddling. This is essentially a world-wide White Nationalists movement.

Conor Lamb: young. intelligent. former marine. former prosecutor that put bad guys away. and he brought joe biden with him to pennsylvania 18th district this week which trump won by 20 points. holy crap!! Have the dems finally woken up?

Conor lamb is:

1. pro gun as in has his own guns and goes hunting.
2. pro 2nd amendment.
3. pro life.
4. pro union.
5. pro tariffs both steel and aluminum.
6. says he will NOT caucus with nancy pelosi on hardly anything.

not sure what makes him a democrat though?
like i said, its a full rebuild.
