That game was so sad I only made it to half time. Really feeling confident in the tank right now.

This game was really boring. Not a lot of hope for this team.

BS. He had 10 fga until the last second. Whatever the plan was last night it clearly wasn't to let Vuc eat. Can't win a game single handedly if you don't get the chance.

This is why you give rookies a ton of minutes on bad teams. He is making mental mistakes because the game is going a mile a minute for him still. Once the game slows down, his offense will be there. He had no issue finishing breaks like this in college because he was comfortable and the game was slow for him. It will get there but we have to keep feeding him minutes and keep putting the ball in his hands.

are you for the tank? cheer for the losses, mourn the wins. do you want to compete? cheers for the wins, mourn the losses. you can't have it both ways.

Not really see the flip-flopping you're seeing. At least in this particular thread. For the fans who were brave enough to watch this game, it was horrible basketball from both teams. However I pretty much see everyone united towards picking up the L against the Kings which was huge in this draft race.

I understand where you're coming from with your post though.

That cracked me up. Man, the first half was so bad that it actually kept me interested before I bailed and hit some bars.

But it followed me there like a ghost. Caught the rest on TV. No one was watching - lol.

And... he didn't post up deep like he used to and demand the ball because there is no 'dog' in him. That was the point of my second sentence. He has all the tools to be a good scorer and a great rebounder but he's cool with going through the flow and smiling after being robbed of a win (the game before).

lol since when has Vuc ever been gun shy, especially against a bad team? IIRC he averaged like 22 pts, 12 reb, and 4 ast earlier in the season when we were similarly crippled with injuries for a while... difference was he was clearly the focal point of our offense in those games. Not the case last game... he got 23 less touches than his average (40 less touches than his avg the last time gordon/fournier were injured). I hope that's a preview of the strategy we'll use when we face 6 tanking teams in a row in a couple weeks.

Yeah, he was really going with the flow when he put up 24/12/6/2/+16 in the last game... smh. He'd be a superstar if he lived up to your demands.

I hope so too. I also hope he continues to just allow it instead of being a real leader.
