Like it's public secret that Lebron is leaving Cavs in offseason and George won't resign with OKC? Some things you know before they are officially reported.

I'm not convinced Lebron is leaving. They have already started cleaning house and have a chance at a great draft pick. I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed.

They have $137M in books for next year without Rodney Hood ,Jeff Green or draft pick , and their pick right now isn't even top 5.

They got whooped by Clippers in lopsided wire to wire L. In general they are 7-5 since trades, Hood looks like trash and plays no defense, Clarkson is chucker , Hill declined and only Nance looks solid.

They have $137M for next season with Lebron's $36M option included. That puts them at just over $100M if no more moves are made over the summer.

Cap Numbers:
2018-19 salary cap and luxury tax: $108 million/$130 million.

They have plenty of room to re-sign Lebron and the 1st round pick while being in a better tax situation than this season.

It depends what is important to Lebron. I can easily see him leaving but I also wouldn't be shocked if he stayed.

He said that he will never play for less than "what he deserves" so he'll get max money per season.
Rockets won't have easy job finding salary for him if they want to sign him . They will also probably lose Capela.
Bron can always go with George to Lakers.

Honestlly if he stays on East it's just matter of time when Celtics knock him down, if he goes West he might never play another nba finals, especially if he goes in LA.

I watched Raptors vs Rockets, still find Rockets super overrated, shots they make to stay in games are so unsustainable in playoffs. If Curry is healthy when playoffs arive, it's another Warriors chip.

Mario is such a company man, he purposely looked like **** last night so Sac would hesitate on giving a big offer.

We don't really run anything to get Mario any looks. Or AG for that matter.

AG? Really? Pretty sure we do. One of which is When we have him on double picks play for him to run to the top of the key for a 3 point shot running a play?

Yeah but we do that what? Once every game? Once every 2 games?

I'm still holding onto hope he's staying, Vogel is damn sure doing his best keeping his value low.

What are you going on about? He wasn't missing shots. He wasn't taking shots. The offense was scuttled by a lack of creativity. Our PGs couldn't facilitate and so it was a steady stream of Simmons isolations and long, contested jumpers; which we actually converted at a higher rate than you would've expected given the poor quality of the shots we were taking. LAC only pulled ahead when we finally started missing the crap shots we were generating all night long.

The box scores from the last two games are going to give the impression that Simmons was good, but he wasn't. He has killed our ball movement in both games. It's no coincidence that as Simmons' role has increased, Hezonja's has decreased. Simmons was just putting his head down and attacking the basket. He got to the free throw line, but he was also turning the ball over and grinding huge chunks off the shot clock. This sort of offense would be far more useful in the second unit alongside Iwundu, Birch, Biyombo, and Mack, when the ball movement is going to be minimal regardless.

Watch and evaluate the games instead of pushing an agenda.

Not that I necessarily agree with any of this, but even if true what does this have to do with Vogel “keeping his value down?” Is the inability of our PGs to facilitate Vogel’s fault? Is Simmons’ play also a part of Vogel’s plan to keep Hezonja down? Vogel can tell (ask) the players to follow his plan but it’s still up to the players to execute it.

our vets are alergic to passing the ball to open rooks
not the 1st time I see vets having option to pass to open Isaac or double teamed vet and they still pass to a buddy vet like rooks aint there. Was same with Mario all these years now same with Isaac (though he sux on offense but how will he learn if they not let him?)and Iwundu
hate the vets we are having all selfish sobs

remember draft era when reporters talks how he is bad personality because his cockiness?
all because mario's english type of humor when he said that messi should come to see him
and everybody believes to that one guy and reported as he is cocky
but, this is this guy
"Certainly, their Orlando Magic teammates were happy to let them ride it out and get this moment in the sun. Mario Hezonja was largely the one taking the Magic to the finish line. He scored 11 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter.

But he said what he hoped to do early in the game was to make sure these players stayed involved. He remembers veterans when he was a rookie trying to keep him involved as he entered the rotation and saw his minutes increase at the end of his rookie year.

Mario Hezonja did that. He searched for Artis on several occasions and was willing to pass it to Purvis from beyond the arc. All he asked of them was to shoot it — make or miss."
you have to love him
he could try to put his numbers on his UFA but he thought only about team and his team players

They set up shots for AG all the time. If he is not dunking it, a lot of shots come off screens and spot ups. I really don't understand how a guy went from a Blake Griffin clone in high school to a Ray Allen wanna be in the NBA.

Ok, NOW we do because Fournier is out. When both Vuc and Fournier are playing, not so much. He should be living off of pick and rolls. He can do it is a playmaker and finisher.

I havent seem seen a lot of people talk about it yet. Everyone’s seems to be talking about his offensive numbers. But Mario is averaging twice spg and bpg than previous years in roughly around 4-7 minutes increase in playing time.

Well he is being on the microscope now cause Fournier is down. But the number of plays we run for him and Hezonja isnt even comparable. We see a lot of spain pick and roll being run for him. Or those backdoor cuts. Heck, even some isolation plays. Gordon is our third option on this team. Its not even close to say the plays ran for Hezonja and Gordon are the same.
