Steinbrenner fading

Post#1 » by Abraham Lincoln » Sat Aug 4, 2007 12:56 am

I don't care about anyone's allegiance and everyone's hatred for the Yankees, this man was fun to watch and revolutionized the game. He is the greatest owner in all of sports. It will be a sad day when he goes.

"The guy is an idiot," Pedroia said regarding Cabrera. "I dropped my bat. It kind of freaked me out. I was upset they took him out of the game. He is good to hit. He's 9-15. The guy [stinks]."

Fun, yes. But how exactly did spending all your money revolutionize the game? He was committed, certainly, but there was nothing revolutionary about how he ran the Yankees. Would you please expand upon your point? mahalo

Yeah, I realized that a few minutes after I posted it, but am far too lazy to change it
