1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1976-77 season to the 2016-17 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1976 but the season you choose can't be before 1976-77.
2. You must draft exactly 1 season from each of these 8 franchises: BOS, LAL, SAS, OKC/SEA, UTA, PHX, POR, HOU, for a total of 8 players on your roster. You must announce the franchise when you make your pick if necessary.
3. Each player you select must have played at least 50% of regular season games in the season selected. Each of your players must play a minimum of 8 minutes in your rotations. For players with multiple teams in the same season, he must have played over 50% of the games in that season for the franchise chosen.
4. The winner of the draft will be determined by a playoffs/rankings hybrid.
5. You must state the specific season of the player you choose to draft. You don't have to do it right away when you make your selection but you must state it on your team roster page before the playoffs begin.
6. Your team will be allowed a combined total of 85.0 FGA corresponding with the specific seasons indicated for each player.
7. We will be doing a modified snake draft. It will go like this: ABBABABA
8. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to myself or another participant. If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped. NOTE: We will be using a one hour clock in rounds 7-8.
9. The clock will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT and will begin at 9 PM, ET on Tuesday, March 13th unless we have completed a full round by then.
10. Draft order will be completely randomized.
11. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.
