We had lower bowl season tickets for 4 or so years and for one of them the dudes in the row in front of us would get wasted and just yell PERRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOO all game. good times. wish the 60 win season didnt price me out. although that 60 win season was the most fun i've had in a while. cant wait to rebuild this thing so i can finally bring up the hawks in conversation and have random people be excited again.

It's been about 6 years since I last posed this question.

Honestly, I'm having a hard time answering the question at this point.

When I moved from my home country to GA for college, I adopted a fandom for all the Atlanta teams.
I can still remember my first Hawks game - I was so excited, telling everybody and anybody I was gonna see the Human Highlight Film. I got up that morning - The Hawks trade the HHF for one stinkin" freakin' Danny Manning. .
If that didn't turn off my fandom, nothing else will. Hawks are stuck with me.
I enjoy going to Philips to games, when the crowd is engaged it's awesome.

I still don't know after this above.
But depending on how the TDL and offseason plays out...might be time to rethink this.

Sometimes I really do regret falling in love with this raggedy franchise back in my teen years...

We have never had an extended run of above averageness.

Even during the 10 year playoff streak, we frequently had a losing record, lost in the first round or got swept out of the playoffs.

We volley between bad and average with an occasional hot stretch of 2 months *that makes us believe something wonderful is on the horizon.

But it never is.
