I don't even want to know if the Bucks lose their pick - which seems likely at this point.

I mean there are some similarities. Dorsey had worse ball skills, was a lesser athlete and a lesser defender coming out. Dorsey had two good seasons at Oregon while Newman had a mediocre one at Mississippi and a solid one at Kansas until he stepped up in a major way recently. You could argue that his current play may be a fluke, but it fits quite well to his pedigree (all-american, top 10 recruit).

Get the 6th seed, and get rewarded with playing Lebron in round 1. Of course.

To me the round one opponent is irrelevant. They're not going to win a series.

I mean with all the injuries we might win vs. Boston. But yeah I'd rather have the pick.

Agree. But just pointing out our luck.

Other years CLE/Bron is the #1 seed. The year we'd finally escape the 8th seed for the 6th, and we end up playing them anyways. Would be totally Bucks thing to happen.

Oh hell yeah. Jrue's little brother. He'd come in immediately and make an impact. If we lose our pick, I really hope we can find a way to acquire a 1st this year, using Bledsoe as the centerpiece.

Aaron Holiday seems like a 6th man in the NBA and someone that we would get really mad at.

With that being said - Wouldn't mind him at all

Poor mans Mike Conley

I hope we can find a way to move up into the mid or late first round (assuming we lose our pick to Phoenix) and get Moritz Wagner. He has a beautiful looking shot, good foot work, he seems wiry strong and would fit in nicely alongside Giannis. I also think he has the ability to be a decent defender. Plus he is a Michigan guy and I think Horst has a bias for that team.

I liked Mo when he was projected to be a late second rounder, but as a first rounder what does he do for you? He's a bad rebounder and a bad to mediocre defender (certainly doesn't protect the rim). That screams stretch big from the bench. Way to steep of an investment imo.

Just another Greek here.
Georgios (Giorgos) Kalaitzakis (dob 1999) could be an interesting prospect in second round (buy a pick maybe).
6' 6” with a 6' 10” wingspan PG-combo guard.
Good shooter that can create his own shot with good range, really tries to play like modern (Warriors guard like) NBA offence. Needs some discipline. Also they could get inside info from Thanasis Antetocoumpo, as they are teammates.
He declared for the draft two days ago.

Mo is Ryan Anderson but I don't trust Beilein players.

I'd rather give up the pick now rather than later.

I'd rather have the 17th pick in a stacked draft than the 25th in one we don't know how it will turn out.

I'm not seeing the upcoming draft as "stacked".

Especially not in the 17th pick range. But hey, maybe we'd get another stud like DJ Wilson.

Well there are players like Williams or Melton who would have gone top 16 last year who might not even go top 20 this year (for multiple reasons).

I'd rather have the 17th pick in a solid draft NOW than a pick that is not likely to be better later.
