To be fair this isn't baseball, you can't just offer players any amount of money you wish with no cap to worry about. If the raptors avoid the tax again this offseason i think fans have every right to be upset, but i don't think masai getting out of the tax last summer was an MLSE order i think he did it to avoid the repeater tax
