The quicker this season is over, the better for my health. I just can't handle it anymore. I don't know why such a mediocre team still gets me so worked up and nervous every game night, but here I am, almost completely through the season, still boxscore checking every game every night with my stomach doing flips hoping we win.

And, more often than not, because we've won a lot of close games over awful teams, I end the night sorely disappointed. Now we've stopped beating teams over .500. Blowout losses to the Warriors, Rockets, Cavs and close losses to the Blazers, Spurs, and depleted Celtics. This team is a trainwreck.

Third place was still within in reach and, in a pivotal game against another playoff team fighting for the same position as us, we drop the ball and lose. I know the Spurs are playing well as of late, but they're still LaMarcus Aldridge and a bunch of so-so role players. It really, truly is amazing what having a great head coach and a great system can do for you. Meanwhile, we've got the NBA head coach equivalent of a 3rd grader running our team.

My reaction whenever I watch Thunder games now

Russ is going to catch one for this game and deservedly so. Clutchfans, Coach nick, and Bill Simmons live for this.

What did Russ do? I was only boxscore watching.

On another note, here's our bench's +/-:

Patterson: -17
Felton: -16
Grant: -13
Abrines: -9
Ferguson: -5

I'm guessing since Paul George had the lowest +/- of our starters, Donovan still staggered the "Big 3" by playing George with the bench?

Team wastes so many possessions. We have so many turnovers because there is no offensive rythym. Amazing how much talent is being squandered, and here comes prime playoff Russ. Low IQ chucking. We lost this game by 2 possessions, and the 2 that stick out in my mind are the 2 late game airball 3's by Russell. We were in the bonus you ****!

They went on a 7-0 run to start the 2nd quarter thanks to that brilliant PG bench lineup. Went from up 29-24 to down 31-29.

You are. You want the Warriors in the 1st round? We can't even beat an injured LaMarsha, and a bunch of scrub pieces.

You know I’ve been pretty go with the flow with this organization this year. Last year I thought there was no way we could get a legit second option. I felt if we got a second option, that was maybe enough to give us a chance. I was wrong about both of those beliefs. Im honestly at the point I don’t want to keep George. Sure, he’s fine but I’m so sick of this pathetic style of basketball we play. I want a rebuild. I think we will be bad enough moving forward without him to keep all of our picks. Presti is decent at finding hidden talent. I just wander if they’ll get to develop if we treat an aging version of russ like we treat Melo.

Westbrook inconsistency = Thunder inconsistency

He's such a flawed player, and certainly leader for a contending team. Extremely impactful, because he's a top 5 talent. But they play this way because Westbrook can't play any other way. Adds no value off the ball, can't think his way through a game even with the ball if he isn't searching for his shot or some easy outlet that's usually very inaccurate.

If we can manage to completely implode and keep our draft pick, I’ll be happy.

What we saw was playoff Russ. It goes to show he hasn't learned a thing. All this help, and he still wants to chuck 35 foot 3's.

Yep. Give us maybe the greatest team of all time who will only have three of the four all stars. Screw HCA, we have carmelo and co.
