lmao. Fortnite's been a struggle for me lately too not gonna lie. I can't stand the people who jump around at close range with shot guns. Totally takes the fun out of firefights :nonono:

I always get killed by those clowns. I suck at building too. I don't know how people make these forts and chit so quick.

HO MAN, hopefully, experience will make me a lot better.

Hitting plateaus is common fam, especially with higher weights. Just make sure you keep your calory intakes up. Taking pre-workout or other sources of caffeine before you go to gym helps as well.

Ya I've been lazy I can't lie. Only deadlift about once a month. Bench is plateauing at about 245 for 1rm :noway:

Damn, that's pretty good bro :o You're a lot farther along than I am. My 1rm is barely 200 lol.

Started following a routine since last January. I've only been going to gym around 3 times a week for the past few months though.

Need to get on a cutting cycle soon. Gained a lot of fat while bulking up :nonono:

Ya that was me last winter lol. Gained way too much fat, got up to ~195, I'm 180 now in comparison, decently cut but nothing too crazy

How did you approach cutting? stopped all carbs? I've read that you gotta reduce calories to a 1000, but that seems tough af lol. Especially since you're supposed to keep lifting your regular weight while cutting?

I found my TDEE and subtracted by 500. Apparently a 500 caloric deficit is best to lost fat and not lose too much muscle. Essentially you're losing about 1 lb of fat a week (3500 calories = 1 lb of fat). I just did a If It Fit Your Macros (IIFYM) diet but made sure to keep my protein intake about 1 g per 1 lb I weighed. Last year I was weighing everything I ate but this year when I cut for Mexico I kinda just skipped breakfast on most days and generally tried to eat less carbs without really counting my calories.

I had a dream I was friends with Poeltl. We were at the gym shooting around and I was asking him about the 15th spot on the roster but he didn’t know.

This dream sequence is the only mention of anything remotely to do with basketball for the last page of this thread.

Impressively long thread though...

Woke up with tears on my pillow. Thank you Abel

My frown quickly turned into a smile as I laid in bed reflecting over the past years. We've all grown as human beings and explored the constellations

And then I realized I'm at rest because I don't have work. It **** kills all of our creativity and happiness. Maybe we should all pitch in and buy a dispensary...

Bout to be a lit Friday with tinder matches and a match against a foe
