Jokic & G.Harris are probably never going to be "that guy" - Jokic maybe a little, but not totally. I'll bet when G.Harris does speak out, people will listen though.

Hastings mentioned that Murray was in Chandler's face as they were going to break late when the Thunder were on their run, I doubt it makes the papers, but I like the fire that Murray has and agree that he could be a good leader in the future.

Glad ti hear Murray stepping up to be a more voacal leader, guess we're not the only ones who are tired of Chandler's slacking

He has no right to yell at anybody on the team, since he's the one of the biggest black holes on the defense on this team.

 So says Malone and the media paid by the Nuggets. If you watch the games, Barton & D.Harris are typically lost on defense. They let their man blow by them, they don't know how/when to switch and in the OKC game, D.Harris tried to take a charge, fell on his wallet and then just sat there while play continued.

If you listen to the national media and former players, Murray is playing the most difficult position in the modern NBA when it comes to defense and he hustles and isn't afraid to swap onto players like Paul George even. They openly say he is not good enough on defense but they also say he is learning and improving.

What game were you watching, OKC has so many 2nd chance points it was worrisome to say the least. Not just blaming Jokic, that seemed to be a team effort :banghead:

Jokic had 16 rebounds in the game , its not his fault that the rest of his teammates can't rebound the ball , as I said he outplayed Adams , Adams can't hang in with Jokic, he's too skilled for him.

Wow :o more of the Jokic man-crushed to the rescue.

If you read it right, I said it was a TEAM problem but Jokic IS part of the team. In the 1st half alone, OKC had over 16pts off 2nd half points. usually that's what most teams have in a game.

Anyone measuring Adams based on any statistic has never watched him play. His value far exceeds scoring or rebounding and I've never seen any center that Adams can't hang in with. As Sky said, Jokic is part of the team and oh, btw, so is Adams. I don't think either one cares about anything but winning. As I watched the game and as I look at the box score and as I read the play-by-play record, it sure seems to me like Jokic had quite a bit of help against a better team.

Jokic destroyed him in the last two meetings, triple double and now monster double double, he's not in Jokic league, no one in the right mind would trade Jokic straight up for Adams. While Adams is physical center with solid defense, he's not that skilled player , his offensive game is simple like Capella's. He's not the player that you can build the team around.

He's a top-10 center in my book. Scoring is not the measure of a player's value - at least not the sole measure.
