Ish has been good since he is back to the bench but today he is insane. 17 points. 7/7 from the field and 2/2 from 3. WTF. And we're at the half time.

Andrew hit a punch first, it's prohibited in nowadays NBA.
I think Acy is going to get a big $$$ fine for hitting a referee.

Andre didn't hit a punch. He shoved Acy.

We might lose this game, Moreland is terrible.

Hard to believe Reggie couldn't have come back a week or two earlier when watching him play now

25-15 with Jackson (50 win pace for half the season), 12-25 without him.

If he could've stayed healthy we would've at least been in the playoffs

We're actually a good team when healthy. If RJ didn't go down, I think we'd be in the postseason for sure. Not sure if we'd be a 50-win team, but I think we'd have at least 42 wins right now.

It doesn't matter at this stage, but curious if we'd trade for Blake if RJ never got injured, and we continued to stay in the top 6 of the East? at minimum, Tobias may have had more trade value. Maybe we would have still made the trade, but perhaps we could have put a lottery protection on that pick?

At this stage, we're pretty much locked in the 12th seed. Who knows, maybe we'll finally get lucky and move into the top 3. Then I'd feel much better about the trade and the team's future.

With the way how things look now, we are probably gonna miss the playoffs by 2 games. And this is the time we flashback our loses to Magic, Rockets & Raptors (OT) and the Hawks and Nets which is a nightmare feeling for us.

Just the annual late season beat up on lotto teams win streak here.

I do believe if SVG trades for pg replacement as soon as Jackson goes down this season goes completely diff. He also could of drafted that combo guard from Louisville. Found a real pg option in free agency. With what happened last season and our pg having a condition nicknamed "jumpers knee" I put the missed playoffs completely on SVG.

Same old SVG pg fetish dependency. Better options:

- Keep KCP who was a great ball handler while Reggie was injured last year.
- Draft Donovan Mitchell who did great as a pg when Louisvilles pg got injured last year.

Instead let's never learn from mistakes. Plan every season around 1 pg and have nothing but excuses when he gets injured, then if the team is dong well without him - bring him back too early because he's your favorite pg.
Same thing happened in Orlando.
Same thing happens every year with the Pistons.
Next year will be no different.

SVGs gameplan is outdated and the Pistons best bet for next year is that SVG is gone.
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!
