Drink those weight gainer shakes like two or three times a day if you really want to gain weight. You should probably workout too though so you don't start getting a spare tire like me..![]()
Being fit is better than bulk. Well, find a balance is probably the best. Sign up for a couple of boxing lessons, the u realize the bulkier you are the less endurance you have.
