God I hope so, because if he does... we might as well relocate and give up.

I love how they go on this whole diatribe about how Devin Booker needs to get out because the Suns are terrible, and then at the end of the video what is the best they could come up with as a suggestion for a team to sign with? .... Philadelphia. The team that was basically in the same position as they Suns a few years ago - only even worse. The laughing stock of the league who put together the two longest losing streaks in NBA history in back to back seasons.

The same team that was widely criticised by the same NBA pundits and "experts" using the same criticisms they're hurdling at the Suns. And now... they are lauding Philly as the team for young up and coming player to bolt to.

And I here I was thinking amnesia was only a problem in pro football.

ESPN is terrible. I haven't watched an ESPN show in years. I hope the entire network goes under.

The difference is that they Originated this whole "The Process" technique of tanking and rebuilding, and are about 4 years ahead of us. Also helps when you have actually had 4 top 3 picks in 4 years (2 #1's in a row). We were late to the game and are just now copying them (Along with a few other teams) after seeing it actually work out.

They are now where we hope to be in like 3 more years. So if we are able to keep the band together and draft smart, in like 3 years we will be that team that others will say, "This player here needs to go to Phoenix" or "Imagine if the Suns got their hands on **Insert Players Name Here** instead of him wasting away in **Insert City Here**.

Its a cycle. It always happens and always changes. Hell, just a few years ago the talk was how certain Sixers should look for a way out of Philly and take their talents elsewhere. After us in a year or so it will be another rebuilding team.

That's all fine but this is how it starts. Speculation. This is the first "player statement causes main stream speculaion" incident involving Booker.

I think Booker instigated the reaction too. Leadership has been a theme for him this year. This is LeBron style media savy leadership. He is holding the organization accountable publicly.
