If Philly can pinch the third spot and we finish 6th, that's as good as a playoff seed as you could hope for.

1. You play a likely Embiid less Philly in the first round with no playoff experience.
2. You either get a Irving less or terrible Washington/Milwaukee team in the 2nd round.
3. You avoid Lebron and Toronto until the ECF.

Finishing 7th is good to, but by the 2nd round Embiid would be back, so you'd rather go through them first.

Heat-76'ers first round should be fun. Young team against vet team. Time to find out if Mos was right about the 76'ers choking in the first round.

Great points. The only thing I’m really going to counter with is that many on the current Heat team do not have much playoff experience either, especially in their current roles.

Whiteside: 10 games in 1 year
JJ: 19 games in 4 years, none of which he started.
JRich: 14 games in 1 year.
TJ: 5 games in 1 year.
Dragic: 30 games in 2 years. 16 of those were in the 2009-2010 season.

Winslow: 13 games in 1 year.
Ellington: 2 games in 1 year, 14 mins total
Bam: No experience
McGruder: No experience
Babbitt: No XP
Mickey: 4 games over 2 years in limited mins

Really the only guys in the rotation with solid playoff experience are KO and Wade.

COY Mos? Brett Brown or Stevens

Hard for me to not say Brett on win differentials alone but Stevens has a solid case
