Can we save everyone some time on this one and just start the game in the fourth quarter? No need to subject anyone to the first 36 minutes of horrible basketball. 12 minutes should suffice.

somehow we made much more 3's than 2's, made a record as a Grizzlies opponent: 23 3-point makes of 47 attempts (and only 15 2-point of 46 attempts).

Forget Tyreke Evans, Go hard after MarShon Brooks this offseason.

Henry Ellenson is a scrub, I can't believe he is making millions to play basketball, it's an embarrassment to see a player like that playing for the Pistons. I hope to see him waived this offseason, that should actually be our first move in the offseason. The more he plays the worse he looks.

I was following MarShon earlier in the season. At one point he was averaging 39/8/6. Crazy numbers for the Jiangsu(sp?) Dragons. My first impulse was to tell my son who liked him quite a bit coming out of college. I figured he would get more attention. Nice game. Apparently Memphis signed him to a multi-year contract.

I think just a converted 2 way contract so this year and next guaranteed

He can't be signed as a 2 way contract, he played 3 years in the NBA already. Can't have played more than 1 or 2 IIRC.

And yes, he's signed for the minimum for the next season.

10 day deal, not a two way... My bad. Seems like he could be a steal. Pouring in the points. I wonder why he went for the min.

We should of been tanking years ago. Teams been trying every year and we still have the talent level of the tanking teams.

Disagree on hank. I really think he looks like a player. albeit, he’s still a bit rough around the edges, but he competes defensively and does a lot of little things on that end to compensate for his lack of foot speed. His shooting touch and ball handling ability are truly special for a guy his size.

I really wish Blake wasn’t on this roster, because a Tolliver and Ellenson combo at the 4 actually looks pretty good next to Drummond. Hell, even Leuer could give us some productivity there.

I truly hope whoever is calling the shots come this offseason can see the extreme discord on this roster. Having a guy that can go get his own is a bit of a luxury in this league, but too much iso-basketball can be very toxic. One of the ball-stopping specialists has gotta go, I don’t care how hell-bent SVG is on our new “big 3”.

His defense today was, as it usually is, beyond terrible.

His ability to contribute will hinge on his scoring. If he can be a reliable scorer, he'll have a place in the NBA. Anything short of that, and he'll be in Europe two years from now.

Harris looked pretty darned good at the four.

And yeah, this is basic stuff: Andre will be most effective when he's got as many shooters as possible around him and has the paint to himself. Basic stuff, that is, that Tom Gores apparently doesn't understand.

Good luck with that. The final gut-punch of this trade was that Blake is not moveable. Not, that is, unless we find a front office or owner as stupid as ours are. Nobody else but the Pistons wanted Blake at the deadline. We did the Clippers a massive favor... AND paid them as part of the deal.

Drummond's 3pa - was it in the flow or an end of shot clock heave?

Don't know what games you've been watching. Even when Ellenson do good things it's beyond terrible. I remember an offensive play.

We shot, miss the shot, Ellenson tried to get the offensive rebound and the ball hit him in the **** chest, then he tries to controll the ball, and fumbles it, luckly he manages to somehow slap the ball to someone who was next to him, the guy grabbes the ball and passes to the opposite corner and whoever catches it hit a 3.

Then on defense, same play, they inbound, they try to make a play, miss the shot, Ellenson is alone in the play, it's his defensive rebound, 100%, no one is trying to grab it. He goes with 1 hand, fail to controll the ball, Grizzlies guy steal the ball from him, passes to the corner and they score a 3 :banghead:

Ellenson can't even move properly on the court. He is not a player. Doesn't mean much but if he doesn't play today we win this game. It's no accident he was -18, he is beyond bad. Stanley Johnson looks like an mvp candidate compared to Ellenson.

I really wish he was great and he was a steal but he is not. He is BAD.

end of shot clock and somehow Dre got the ball right at 3pt line.
