I don’t really care about the triple double but I want russ to get it to piss off the general board.

I don’t think there’s a single prediction that you could make for this team that would surprise me.

Swept 4-0? Sure.
16-0 & championship? Sure.

Same. Can you imagine the salt if he actually wins a championship? All of their narratives fly out the window.

Call me a pessimistic but the ''PG13 being great against a terrible opponent'' looks more probable :(

He’s looked bad against terrible opponents lately too. I’ll take what we can get. We aren’t getting a draft pick so at this point I only want wins.

This first half of the game, even though it's vs Memphis, should be a perfect example of how Russell can bring energy to the game and flow to the offense without having to shoot.

Unbelievable

Do you pull him now?
Or let him get 7 more points
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

Proceeds to finish 7th and shames the entire nation!

a shameful display. westbrook is the most egregious stat padder in the nba since wilt. it was fun last year but this was just sorry. if i was a memphis player i'd have clocked westbrook for showing them up.

there should be an asterisk next to westbrook's achievement with the number of uncontested defensive rebounds per game next to it.

To the general board you go!

Also, your forget about David Robinson?
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

david robinson had additional nuance. he had a personal beef / battle with shaq that season. which is why he did that. it was one game.

this is two years of this crap with westbrook. gunning for defensive rebounds like he does hurts the team defensively and everyone knows it. some people ignore it.
