I can see Kennard becoming a JJ Redick style SG. I like Kennard hes got more potential then anybody else we've drafted during SVG tenure. Thing is the guy who we should of taken has star potential which Kennard doesnt have. So its hard to be happy about the guy who could be Reddick when we could of got a potential star 2 way combo guard.

It's history, man. Why torture yourself? There's absolutely nothing that can be done. Blame Stan, it ain't Luke's fault.

I personally think he's got more to his game than Redick... Better size, playmaking, way better handles, rebounding, etc... but only time will tell obviously. I just think the "one trick pony" thing that some people throw around is way off base here.

Discussing history is how you can notice future mistakes before they happen. Talking history is one of the best things to talk about on sports forums.

I dont blame Luke at all. Hes fine hes just not a star. If he becomes as good as Reddick thats quite a feat IMO. Reddick is a really really good player. Sure Reddick isnt a star but most players arent.

This is stage three of grief: bargaining.

The Pistons missed out on a future superstar who could've drastically altered the future of the franchise. The Pistons subsequently went on to have another nightmarish season. Of course it's going to be on people's minds.

It's just a little annoying knowing that every time Kennard does anything good or bad we're gonna have to hear this.

He could score 40 points and the peanut gallery would show up to say Donovan has scored 41.

I'd rather suppress these feelings deep down with Darko.

If you cant handle hearing about D.Mitchell best to not go on social media or pistons forums. Since people like to discuss things on these platforms and its going to be hard to discuss Kennard without thinking of D.Mitchell for a long time. Even when I hear about D.Mitch i think of Kennard they'll be a yin and yang forever to many pistons fans. Same as blazers fans have to go through with Bowie over MJ or Oden over Durant.

Continue to whine about it every time you hear about it and its just going to add to the discussion from us "peanut gallery members".
