Uh you are using Rob's named twice. And no, Frank wanted two bigs like he had in Indy, David West and Roy Hibbert.

LOL. I meant Alex and Devos!

Sure you did

I have no idea who pushed for Biz but it sounds like they were all in agreement of it. The argument they made was that Frank can have 48 mins of shot blocking on the floor. They forgot that shot blocking doesn't add points on the scoreboard and either way their shot blocking effect was highly exaggerated and that defense is now about being agile defending 3pt. shooters around the perimeter.

The Biz thing in my mind, was a move to a smaller/switch based lineup and Vuc was going to be traded. I was thinking for sure we would get Bledsoe. That is the PG I wanted to here so Elf could back him up. While Biz has not played to his contract value, I still have no idea why Vuc was not traded for more shooting at least.

His name may be on all of the transactions, but it is all very suspicious to me. He preached patience and was all about the draft and internal development. Then all of a sudden he was all about making the playoffs. We'll never know but it screams upper management pressure to me. If they didn't point to who they want, they probably said change the team, get some high quality veterans. And don't get me started on that introductory Press Conference for Frank Vogel. That was really concerning when I first watched it. Vogel must have said at least 5 times about adding veterans to the team. And what happened is exactly what I was afraid of.

Don’t get why people still defend Hennigan. He had plenty of chances but he left the team worse than the team he received. Never thought I’ll say it but I’d rather have Otis than Hennigan and I was a big Otis hater.

Well you like some others choose to stay blind. It wasn't all on Rob or the 5 coaches. The two constants through all this crap is RDV and Martins. Y'all need a scapegoat, it's those two, not Rob or any of the 5 coaches. Y'all need to see the light and the truth.

He was fine while in asset collection mode, but he got exposed when he was tasked to do real GM duties (turn assets and cap space into a competitive team). He was so excited about Ibaka, Biyombo and Green... LOL.

Biyombo was a conscious decision by Frank. I doubt henni would have done it without Frank's hiring.

henni was all about positionless basketball. But Frank's defensive scheme in Indiana relied heavily on having two bigs...

Ibaka, green, etc... I understand. When you're about to get fired, you bring people you're comfortable with. Ibaka, Green, DJ were just 3 of the guys Henni have had experienced with as part of a successful front office in OKC. He thought these guys would help save his job.

What I liked about Henni was, he at least tried to cover up the Ibaka mistake and get to restart the rebuild for the next management by trading Ibaka for Ross and a 1st round pick. At least he didn't do nothing and leave us with basically nothing for Vic and Domantas.
