Demar sucks the energy out of all the players around him with his pacing. It's has been like that all season. It's no coincidence that everyone loved the bench mob because they play with a bounce and energy after years of watching derozan.

CJ suffers from Iso tendencies too but he's a smart player, I'm sure in our system he would thrive.

His stats don't impress me except for the 6 threes a game at 40%. Derozan could never be that player and because of that, he doesn't space the floor and make the team better like he's paid to do. If we got a 1st out of it, even better...

Masai won't do it due to his whole Demar being our own Kobe bs that he's trying to sell.

Too true. Masai doesn't have the stones.

Demar makes 8 times more than McCollum.

What bothers me most about this game isn't even the iso ball down the stretch, it's the sloppy and careless turnovers throughout the course of the game. Ibaka continuing to fumble the ball around, guys passing the ball in their own end before the passing lane is clear and giving away possessions for no reason. Demar throws 2 careless one handed passes on the fast break with numbers advantage and turning it over. This is playoff basketball, you can't throw possessions away. The D was solid and I'm happy to see Yak and Skills contribute, but you cannot have these kind of careless turnovers in the playoffs and expect to go anywhere. Gotta have ball security, pass with purpose and have discipline with what you are doing. If they cut down their self inflicted turnovers, the game is over. Washington played terrible basketball offensively and we still didn't win. This is not playoff caliber basketball.

How can they be so careless for something that should mean so much to them? They should be completely locked in mentally right now and they just aren't.

Also I haven't seen Demar get in a defensive stance since the Houston game. I'm so frustrated with this team right now. They still have a better chance to win this series than lose but It's heartbreaking to see such poor execution and lack of growth from past mistakes.

Demar has paced this team to one of the leagues highest rated offenses the past 5 years. He's a walking one man offensive unit and an elite passer now.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Not in the playoffs he hasn't and that's all that really matters.

This team sucks the fun out of every playoff series the way tornadoes suck the fun out of outdoor weddings.

At this point I don't even want to cheer for them anymore.

They're the ex girlfriend you really wanted to get back with but then you saw her 40 pounds heavier and wiping her ass with her underwear after taking a dump behind McDonald's. Makes it real easy to realize you were better off without her.

2 minutes to go, Lowry drives, misses, and Siakam and Pascal fight eachother for the offensive board that leads to a Wiz break and dunk. 4 point turnaround.

That was basically the game.

DD should have been to the line 10 more times.

Defence on Wall was awful at the end.

How does JV only get 15 mins???? I know they are running the pick and roll with JV almost every play.. but is he that bad on defence where he only gets 15 mins?

Bad defense, Low IQ plays, slow in transition

well, that mostly also sounds like demar and he got 29 FGA. give half of those to Jonas and we win.
