Didn't he play so much in blue that it's like asking to turn his skin white?

A chance to coach a league MVP and future Hall of Famer is something a lot of coaches would be intrigued by.

Let melo wear the hoodie. Maybe he can use a excuse like protecting his scalp. Or go without a headband.

His play style will draw coaches away. He might be uncoachable and never allow the coach to run his system

Utah is the destination. They also have tons of cap space this summer.

i love being a new york sports fan, but at the same i'll never get to experience being a fan of a team where its the only team in that entire state and everyone living in it is a fan.

Jazz did a good job of getting into OKC's heads. Melo, PG, Westbrook are all emotional.

More interested in looking tough than trying to win the game. Them dudes when 23 minutes of gameplay w/o an assist. 10 assists for the entire game. Tried to play streetball instead of playing like a team.

Utah just kept moving the ball around and around. Were smiling after every scuffle. Jazz were just as level headed as it could get through all the chippyness.

could you imagine being a jazz fan right now living in utah?

if the knicks were in the playoffs sure there'll be tons of press but you'll also have tons of people that care about the mets/yankees, devils in the playoffs, football draft, etc.

in utah the talk is 100% about the jazz and only them.

mitchell's college numbers were okay, not really impressive.

also the rule of the thumb to draft a younger player over a 21 year old is something teams do.

there's many thing to get on phil jackson, him not using the 8th pick on a shooting guard that shot 40%(.498 ts%) in college isn't one of them.

but hindsight is never 20/20 so flame away.
