Not having playoff Irving is the biggest tragedy of this postseason.

One reason I posted this gif btw is because Kevin Love in the background often makes me crack up.

He's a paper tiger. I would play them instead of MIL. MIL got Middleton who can't miss and Giannis who got the respect of the refs.

With Russ, he's a paper tiger- he makes no adjustments to his game at all, he's fairly easy to force into bad, low percentage shots. PG is good, but he's a beta and Melo was never any good if any didn't know that already.

I guess Lakers fans should be happy, OKC losing in the 1st round is their best case scenario aside from OKC not making the playoffs.

Honestly to me it was very likely George would leave. Maybe he'd consider staying if they won the title or made the conf. finals, which didn't seem likely.

Utah is a likable team. OKC is a really unlikable team. With Westbrook, they are kind of like Lebron teams, always unlikable, too. I just hate the way that they don't play team ball. Utah kind of reminds me of last year's Celtics team, in a way. Snyder's quite a good coach, too.

Russ plays HARD. I can respect that. I respect him more than any player on GS. Eventually he will be able to integrate his talent into team, just not this year, it appears.

Why? You respect him more than Steph? Steph doesn’t play hard? Please explain.

Not going to get into much detail... been discussed everywhere since durant signed there, but yes, more respect than steph. I respected steph at one time, not anymore.
I like to see competitive guys. Steph may play the 'right way', but here is a guy who tries to recruit durant after his team goes 73 - 9?! To me, he, nor any of his teammates, are competitors.
I could go on... but that is where my opinion stems from.

so they're not competitors because they want to be the best

Makes perfect sense really.

Can we stop being salty with the guy. He joined a team to win. Almost everyone joins a team to win. He didn't take our offer too bad he would have been great here. Guess what ehe is great playing next to Steph too. The amount of hate this guy gets because he has done exactly what literally everyone does is silly.

As if great players didn't join great teams before.

Durant is the guy I hate least on GS at this point. Steph, Draymond and Klay piss me off more.

I'd get why the hateon Green he is a horrible guy to play against (so is Marcus Smart btw).
Klay maybe because of his good looks

Why steph? The dude has worked his arse off to get to where he is and overcome so many injuries. Everyone thought he would be a bust yet he is one of the best ever. He could have been NBA's poster child if he wanted to.

Hate is a strong word. Reserve it for the likes of Metta World Peace.

The dude is annoying as **** with his showboating, Klay too, but I really just dislike Klay because I think his facial hair is disgusting. The team on the whole celebrate every little **** victory in a way other frontrunners don't and I don't appreciate that. Outside of all of that, the way he chews and slobbers on his mouth guard is **** disgusting.

**** Lacob too.

So you hate on Draymond for the way he chews on his mouthguard and celebrates, but Embiid proclaiming himself as a nightmare, etc, to other teams is cool.

Sure. One is a disgusting, unsanitary choice that anyone who has played basketball should be nauseated by.

The other is a man in a competitive sports series amping himself up and making the series exciting off court. Even if I hated Embiid, I can't criticize the man for that.

The fact is that you said Embiid hasn't earned the right to say those things, and that's a silly thing to say. As I said before, just because you bailed on the Raptors, the team you supported since Jordan retired and joined us this year, doesn't mean you can't have a voice on here either. You don't have to "earn" anything.

But for **** sake, stop sloberring all over the ball and court. Its **** gross.
