I don't really care if Lebron wins the east, I am used to it and we have injury excuses anyway. Without Irving, the big dream of playing the Cavs is gone.

When Lebron plows over Toronto, I get secret pleasure anyway.

And if Lebron is out, I fear the Sixers might sneak in and to me all year all this Philly love is wayyyyy worse. (in more then one sport.)

And I don't care about the Pacers much, like I don't care about the Colts. A half dead Andrew Luck is at the game tonight in the crowd and Indy fans still say we pop balls and deflate and cheat and whatever garbage.

LeBron's rule over the East with Cleveland is coming to an end. When he eventually retires, you guys will reminisce about the tough battles, some won, some lost.

But make no mistake about it - if Philly becomes a contender things will be MUUUUUCH worse with their fan-base, especially if they win the East. Cavs fans are pretty mild compared to how others would be. It's why I'm content with the Knicks remaining a bad team. :D

Would love to revisit the preseason conversations I had with you and some of the Cavs mods.

Kinda doubt my takes would be quite as funny for you guys this time around.

Brett Brown came out of the locker room wet from a Champagne celebration. I really want to close out the Bucks so we can bring young Philly right back down to Earth. Their win streak was fool’s gold and they got the worst possible playoff team in round 1. They are really full of themselves and their egos are through the roof, but their team is nowhere near as good as their media love right now. They are ripe for a good drubbing.

LMAO. They celebrated with champagne from winning a first-round series? That's worse than celebrating with champagne for winning an intramural tournament.

Old man Wade was Miami's best offense in this series. That's pretty sad.

I would love to play the Sixers and beat them without Kyrie and Hayward. Would be outstanding..

Sixers don’t have Jordan (Middleton) on their team so that makes it easier. Simmons is much worse offensively than Giannis when it comes to scoring and both can’t shoot. Smart will lock up Beli or Reddick. Horford does as good of a job on Embiid as anyone but Embiid will get his at times. So I do think we have a shot just not confident in it yet. Just focused on the Bucks and rightfully so but it’s no damn LeBron James in the past we would be playing.

We definitely have a shot, but they have a TON of shooters, which is actually the toughest part about defending Philly. Gonna be tough on our defense.

Well it will be a classic offense vs defense matchup. Imo we have the best defense in the league. Kyrie or Hayward wouldn’t have made it better than it already is (possibly Hayward with his size who knows) so that side of the court is taken care of. So it’ll be interesting to see how our defense will look against them who have been shooting lights out.

Right, but Kyrie and Hayward certainly would have made things easier on our defense by scoring. We can't afford to have the frequent lengthy scoring droughts against Philly that we are having against the Bucks.

Shaq has really gotten better as an analyst. He's not half-bad.

I like that Marcus gets another practice game in MIL before the 2nd round matchup with the Sixers. Can't wait to see Simmons when he switches onto him.

I am going to bet the very long odds and take Rondo-AD-Jru over the Dubs.
What will the odds be?
How much should I bet?
$1K gets me $15K?

Keep in mind that Curry might be back for Game 1 now.

I pray to God we can finish this series and play against the 76ers. I want the opportunity to shut the insane amount of hype DOWN.

Naw it's just the commaradery we've built during the year. We ring the bell each game we win for the player that stood out. When they have a big accomplishment they get doused with water on court, or in the locker room. It's representative of the culture that the sixers are building. Not sure what's lame about it. Not every team can have players that hate each other like John Wall and Bradley Beal...

Return to Boston Celtics
