Sure, but hopefully neither one of those players. Tejada can't play SS anymore and he's not even a good hitter. Piazza is a DH and he's not that good anymore either.

I am hoping someone will simply take WMP off our hands. I'm curious, if we put him on waviers and he passes through without anyone claiming him, can we send him to AAA for the rest of the season? Get him some regular ABs? mahalo

I believe you can once they pass through waivers, but I don't see him making it through. He is young. He has potential and doesn't make a ton of money. I bet, at the very least, the Nationals would put a claim on him due to his connection with Bowden.
