Game Thread 04/22: Pacers vs. Cavs Game 4

Here I come again... We desperatly need one more all star player besides Vic... DC nad COJO arent top level PG and quality team like Cavs use that when they close Vic and we got nobody to take the ball .. with Kemba we would beat them in 4 games...

I dont Know what Nate is doing... he has no answer when Dipo is closed by 2 players... common, do something... we need to use that situation when 2 players are on Dipo...

He has made an adjustment. They were doing high ball screens and that was bringing a second defender up who could double Vic. They've stopped doing that and they've coached Vic to just back up when closely guarded so he can survey the situation and use his speed. we're trying to spread the court more to make doubling take longer so Vic has more time to react.

another scorer really isn't the answer to this particular problem. Vic needs a way to move the ball out of a double team to the open man - if he's doubled, someone else has to be unguarded.

that said, we're really hard to beat when Bogie and Lance are shooting well and the Cavs are hard to beat when Korver and Smith are shooting well.

The little underground dribble along the floor pass isn't a good one. Whatever space the double team had created disappears by the time the next player takes possession.

We need Myles to get busy as a scorer and utilise the strengths of our other players. DC can hit open 3's at a good rate, let's find a way to get him a few more catch and shoot opportunities.

Well, not many teams would be with one all star become contenders... so we need one more scorer who can create, or elite shooter... I would go for Kemba... if we have player like him we would pass Cavs easily...

I'm not saying that wouldn't be great. I understand that we need to add that. It's kind of common sense. But, my point was it is not just that easy to say hey we need to add an all star to this team let's do it.
