And who plays PG in his place? It's not as if there's a better PG option on this team, as divisive as Reggie is.

It's not an experiment. He's the starting PG for the next two years. This team doesn't have the cap space to sign an upgrade, or the assets to trade for one.

He's the defacto starter, except for the 20-50 games he misses a season.

I have a feeling they are going to use lineups that:

a) work best
b) get the most out of Drummond and Griffin

Yup, this would of been a great play if we did it while we still had cap space. Could of told Jackson hes going to the bench for health reasons but were going to run him at times in 2 pg sets. Then went and grabbed a guy like Darren Collison on the cheap to be the starter. Instead we blew our load on Langston Galloway and went all in with Jackson.

Good luck with that. He was obviously still injured when he returned in 2016-2017, and he was consequently an absolute disaster, yet it took FIFTY GAMES for Van Gundy to send him to the bench. FIFTY. It's beyond me how so few people realize that Van Gundy absolutely punted that season through his excruciatingly obvious mistakes.
