OKC were just too inconsistent all season. You could see this coming.

Westbrook is an elite talent, but not an elite player. W/ all the assists he gets, he doesnt make anyone on his team better. The 10 assists he gets are different that 10 assists players like Kidd/LeBron/Simmons gets. Since Westbrook is awful away from the ball, it seems like theres a problem trying to implement a free moving system.

Paul George couldnt find a rhythm all season and in this series. Had a couple great games, couple trash game and a couple meh games. That pretty much exemplifies OKC's season. Paul George should bounce and go to Philly in all honesty. I made a post about it on the Philly board months ago. If both sides are smart, they should agree on a deal. Its a perfect fit in my eyes. Thats a legit title contender if he goes there.

Melo what can I say. He definitely proved me wrong this year. I thought with a reduced role he would be much more efficient. Hes always been a great spot up shooter, even when he was here at one point we all just wanted him to catch and shoot. But the man just didnt bring it. Shot a career low from the field in the season, and didnt help at all in this series. Shot even worse in the playoffs including 21% from 3. Its time we stop giving Melo excuses. Doesnt matter if he gets 8 shots or 18, the man just lost his shot. Way too inconsistent.

OKC really shouldve tried to used Adams more, but at the same time Gobert is just too elite to stop those lobs and drop offs. Excellent defending the PnR.

OKC's bench is just straight garbage. Not 1 consistent offensive threat off the bench, its another reason why Utah pulled this series off.

It's kind of scary to think Melo could of been here this year and next year. Ugh, even if kanter opts in Knicks won that trade.

I wonder if Westbrook could switch up his game. A lot of questions.

Sounds like the exact description of Melo in his prime.

I love Westbrook but he is a damn nut.

I do think RWB was a part of why Durant left but he's really a secondary issue. At its core, it was the fault of a cheap ownership team that let player after player get away from him. Durant and current Harden on a team would have been unstoppable, Russ notwithstanding.

But they were cheap and that left him with just Russ. Funny that they're not vilified half as much as Durant. Hardly at all. And it's their dumbasses why Seattle doesn't have a team.

He is definitely entertaining. People need to stop whining about him and watch the Spurs or Warriors if they have an issue. I tend to sound like you egging on Pharmcat when I'm watching him play. "You get 'em Russ."

Should've gotten rid of Melo the moment they drafted Porzingis.

Should have never traded for Melo in the first place.

Should have drafted Mitchell.

Sigh.

I'm sure we will hire the wrong coach and start another long list of should haves. Knicks gonna Knick I guess.
