You gotta love when the season began, Paul George was calling Westbrook, "his brother" and convinced OKC was it...OKC got bounced and he's like, well let's see how the Summer plays out. Get that money!

Genuinely had wished Melo would find a ring or prove that he wasn't the prob on the Knicks and low and behold, he proves he was the prob. Sux and doubt he passes on his option to sign a league min on a contender.

Donovan put Melo back in with 24 seconds left in Game 7 of the playoffs. He's going to opt in because I doubt that any other team would even give him 5 million for next season. Next year in OKC without George is going to be awkward.
Melo was a minus 19 in 25 minutes of play, by far the worst on the team.

Who was the one parading around Frank N last year? There was this one poster that just kept harping for Frank.

BTW, I love Frank. I believe frank can be a 15 and 8 player with elite defense. But that will never be enough.

The Thunder played (Please Use More Appropriate Word). NO ONE on OKC wanted it. On Utah, Rubio and Gobert basically said, "F#%k the personal stats, we'll do the D. YOU do the O." There was balance.

Next round, I want to see a team pressure Utah. What I mean, you go RIGHT AFTER Mitchell and get him into foul trouble. Force the ball out of his hands and see if the other parts can compensate.

As it stands, Mitchell is Adrian Dantley. Awesome scorer. But let's see what else.

The moment Roberson went down, OKC was somehow destined to be screwed. That guy is their definitive stopper.

next round they play houston. houston will just bomb away from 3 and have harden flop his way into calls over and over like they do. okc is not a good shooting team from 3. they can't even hit free throws.

Harden vs Mitchell in the second round would be nice to see.

What exactly did Melo sacrifice? Dude is making 27 million a year and playing 32 minutes a game while he probably should be coming off the bench, but won't even do that. Smh. And I actually root for him to do good but he makes it hard.. don't think he's ever winning a chip.

This thing was doomed from the beginning. What the **** is the team doing letting him run amok like that?! He just shot -50 % from 3 in the Playoffs and had the worst raw +/- in the league in the Playoffs and he's out there making demands? Are you **** kidding me?!

He's delusional. The whole team (or shall I say the 'Big 3') was engaging in this big circle-jerk all season long and now they're going 1, 2, 3, Cancun because of it. Just look at this:

Among the many issues they ended up with -- fit, focus, consistency -- some rested simply in hubris. They lived in denial all season, right up to the bitter end. After getting whacked in Game 4, it was explained away with their missing shots and the Jazz getting hot. Before Game 5, Anthony forgot what time the game started, showing up to the arena as if it tipped at 7 p.m. local time, rather than the scheduled 8:30 start. He walked down the hallway to the Thunder's locker room, nonchalantly looking around and seeing no one, before realizing he was there way too early. He got in his car and left. They told themselves from Day 1 that they were a superteam, but they existed as such only on paper.

If there ever was a true panic button moment, it came in Game 5 when Jae Crowder hit a 3 to put the Jazz up 25 with 8:34 left in the third quarter. For the first time, the Thunder actually freaked out. There was a true, purified sense of urgency for the first time all season. They weren't good enough. They were kind of, gasp, bad really. The "on" switch they dreamed all year of came in the form of Westbrook and George turning into a two-headed monster that overcame and overwhelmed the Jazz.

**** idiots. And I don't know what the hell management is doing. Inmates running the asylum paired with an inept coach.

What's the logic behind having to ask any player to play off the bench? If the coach think's that's what's best, a player shouldn't really have a say in the situation. Those that fight it aren't team players.

100% agreed.

Ownership that's in lockstep with a coach. He either comes off of the bench or goes home. The money is problematic and his locker room influence will also be an issue.

You're screwed.
