Donnerson's tape is nowhere near draftable in terms of his skill set, but from an athletic standpoint, his testing numbers are beyond rare for his size. Donnerson is a project that teams might not be willing to draft, but will be more than happy to stash on the practice squad as a PFA while they try and improve his technique and skill, hoping to unlock his athletic gifts. At this point, Donnerson is no more than a lottery scratch-off with the potential for a tremendous pay-off, but with the odds against it.

6'2" 244 edge rusher. ATHLETIC AS HELL.

Six sacks and over 13 tackles for loss is still pretty good stats, even in a garbage conference.

Was going to say with measurables like that his tape must have SUCKED to make it to the 7th round.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

He also has a late hit on the Mizzou QB that got him suspended that was a good 2-3 seconds after the ball came out.

Well you guys said we needed to get faster and more than half of this draft was spent on speed.

Obvious the Packers are trying to get more athletic on D. Lot of looks like Tarzan plays like Jane types. Hope one of them can stick.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

McGinn:

AFC scout: “He has good athletic ability with exceptional size and flashes exceptional speed. He has good hand use and upper-body strength to strike and control blockers. Poor awareness. He lacks the ability to read and react. Very inconsistent player. Better athlete than football player. He has the traits but needs to put it all together.”

AFC scout: “Football is important to him. Guys gravitate towards him because of his work ethic.”

Have any of you guys actually watched the tape or do you take some guys word for it? I've seen of his games and he pops on the screen. You don't get 6 sacks and 13.5 tackles for a loss and be considered a stiff.

No. I didnt watch tape on any Southwest Missouri State games. I donthave that kind of time. However I do trust the guys who do things like watching tape for a living and it a pretty wide consensus from them about the opinion. Otherwise he probably goes before late rd7

Freak athlete with no discernible football skills or instincts. He's like the defensive version of Janis. Cool with taking a flier on him in the 7th round.
