Shanahan might see some Tevin Coleman traits there. He's had numerous injuries. Clarification: Poor man's Tevin Coleman traits.
He's got one of the highest fumble rates this year. Fumbled every 33 carries. 17 in his career. Lost 11 of them.

Re: 2018 NFL DRAFT OFFICIAL thread
Bills signed Bama corner Levi Wallace as an UDFA. You can root for that kid pretty easily. Part of my write up:
Business major. Former walk-on and only a 1-year starter. Dad passed away from ALS his freshman year. Didn't earn a scholarship until his junior year. 59 tackles and 3 INTs in 2 seasons. Worked very hard on his body to develop himself physically but still has a ways to go by NFL standards (lightest player at the Senior Bowl - 176 lbs.). Nick Saban described his body as "frail" when they first got a hold of him at Alabama. Coaches have praised him for his coachability. Instinctive and smart corner. Projects best to play in a system that allows him to play press. Could struggle in off man responsibilities.

Re: 2018 NFL DRAFT OFFICIAL thread
I've seen 98% of the Bison's games in the last 15 years. Connor Wentz won't be one of the UDFAs to make it IMO.
9 of his 28 career catches went for touchdowns. Made the All-Conference team this year at fullback. Nothing special as an athlete. Sure handed. Doesn't break many tackles. Not real physical with the ball in his hands. Goes down too easily. An all world person like Carson Wentz. A gem of a guy. Hard, hard worker. Put a ton of work in to get better as a blocker and takes pride in it.
Introduce him to Jus, let those two interact for a while, and then send him on his way because I don't think he's worth spending too much time on as a developmental guy.

Marsh's response on Instagram:
This right here gave me chills and almost brought tears to my eyes. To go from never feeling appreciated and having to prove myself every single day. To knowing my Coaching staff and GM have my back and trust my work ethic and talent is an indescribable feeling. I am so grateful but never satisfied! I will never lose this chip on my shoulder and will continue to grind every single day. Because in the league, any day could be your last!

I very rarely drink, but there will be some imbibing tonight. I love draft day, but I usually hate it.

Alabama currently has 17 new players going to NFL camps this summer, 12 of them were drafted.

Re: 2018 NFL DRAFT OFFICIAL thread
I'll be rooting the heck out for this kid. We'll see but this might go down as my favorite UDFA signing this year. Maybe.
Choudja came to the States from Cameroon at age 10. Was sent here all by himself to avoid being killed. Didn't know a lick of English when he came. Lived with family and friends and went to 4 different high schools. Befriended an autistic kid and his family eventually took Choudja in.
Didn't play HS football until his junior year. Added 50 pounds since HS. Moves really, really well and has a pretty good bull rush. Plus ability as a chaser to the edges. Impressive burst and closing ability. Really good grades on special teams. It's going to be about learning the techniques. Doesn't really have a plan when attacking right now. It looks a little forced. What you'd expect.
Became a U.S. citizen in January. Wants to return to Cameroon one day and build schools and hospitals.

Bills also wanted Choudja. Bill Teerlinck, their DL coach going into his 2nd season, coached Choudja at Nevada.
49ers also showed interest in Choudja at his pro day, according to reports.

Re: 2018 NFL DRAFT OFFICIAL thread
McFadden is a weird case.
8 INTs in 2016.............none in 2017.
0 missed tackles.....then 7 missed tackles........and 12 missed tackles this year.
Allowed just 48% of the passes thrown at him to be completed........but gave up 11 touchdowns in his area on only 140 targets.
Will smother you at the line.......but get by him and he gets grabby (multiple PIs), sloppy, and you can beat him too easy.
When lined up against size he graded out OK.......but was awful against speed.
Graded out with a good yards/cover snap mark.........but his run stop % and tackling efficiency numbers were terrible.
A lot of his good work came on the defensive right side................but struggled when crossing over the middle and on short routes when on the left side.
He's a "yeah, but" guy. Some upside is there, and I do not doubt that he had other offers necessitating some guaranteed dollars, but be careful about getting too excited about him.

Franklin College receiver stayed home to care for dad, now pursues NFL dream

Not sure if they were one of the teams considering him as a corner but we'll see.
