His testing numbers are pretty crazy. Big vert, fast 40.

I wonder if the try to move him to edge. 6’3” 287. I guess it’s possible.

This one is really interesting. I'd bet they see him as EDGE if he can drop some weight, but he's pretty versatile. Nice project for Pettine.

He is pretty enormous for an EDGE player.

Emphasis on the dropping weight part, but he's a natural pass rusher. If not, then add more weight and throw him around on the DL as he can disrupt there too. Tough to evaluate based on his Cal highlights, but he can play, just gotta figure out where.

This draft has been all about drafting people to protect Rodgers, getting a Rodgers more weapons and drafting guys that can get Rodgers the ball back. I love it.

How did Looney make it to round 7? This is really really good value. I've seen him low to mid 4th in several places. Noice.
EDIT : I mean, seriously, this is a big man who can move:

McGinn:
AFC scout: “Free agent. He plays high. Doesn’t get off blocks. I didn’t like the guy. He ran well. He doesn’t make plays.”
AFC scout: “Late rounds. Early on he could contribute as a pass rusher because he does have some pass-rush ability. He wins more with quickness than brute strength. He gets pushed around inside when he has to deal with double teams. Not consistently stout in there. He just kind of muddles up the middle.”
AFC scout: “Explosive interior pass rusher who flashes stoutness at the point of attack.”
AFC scout: “One of those guys you want to go to war with. Team captain. Leader.”
