I said it before series even begin wizards are tougher matchup than Cavs or pacers for raptors.
Litteraly fear neither team. John wall and beal always kill us
With FVV back and healthy. I feel uber confident

The Wizards are the only team in the Eastern Conference outside of Toronto and Philly that have 2 star level players. Every other team, in these play offs, either has no star (BOS, MIA) or relies on one (CLE, MIL, IND). Their good enough to be a second round opponent so I don't know how anyone can just say "Muh, 1 seed struggling against 8 seed, trash team".
The Wizards don't have Lebron James lol. Ill take Lebron over the entire Wizards roster.
They really arent tho, not by any measurement. All on the same level, even if the Wiz are the worst of the 3
You are trying to say Wiz are on the Cavs and Pacers level?
I mean I guess if that fits your narrative sure, but it is my no means true

They absolutely aren't better than the Wizards. Te Wizards were an absolute **** show this year and they're chemistry and body language is absolutely terrible. A bunch of players instead of a team. The Pacers on the other hand are loaded with good players and guys who genuinely love to play together. Not to mention they have the Lebron stopper himself, the Raptors have nobody to make Lebrons life difficult like Stephenson does.
I'll happily sig/fav team bet any raptors fan that the Cavs will be beating the Raptors this year, like Lebron has done every year.

One is a 5th seed and the other is a 8th seed. One team finished the season 14-7 the last two months, the other 7-13. Don't give me that **** dude, you are creating a false narrative. If its helps give you confidence sure, but absolutely no way were the Wizards on the Pacers level coming into the playoffs.

Great troll post man. Since this has anything to do with the Kings. Why are the hordes of Raptors fans so sensitive? If you are so confident in your team, then make the sig bet? Or favorite team bet. When the Raptors lose to the Cavs in the playoffs, you can go ahead and change your favorite team on realgm to the Cavs for the next year? And if I lose Ill change mine to the team of your choice

What false narrative? 1 team missed their superstar for half the season, the other didnt. And somehow, they only finished 5 wins apart, and the advanced metrics are even closer than that. It fits YOUR narrative to say the Pacers are somehow on another level. ]
Not even to do with level of play, if the Pacers do get through, I imagine the Raps will have an easier time with them just based off of matchups.

So how they went into the playoffs is irrelevant?
With John Wall they were on pace for a 46 win season. 3 win difference. And like I said, does it not matter how each team went into the playoffs?
The Blazers were a higher seed than Utah going into the playoffs, but it was clear Utah was the better team rolling the last half of the season... Context matters. Wizards limped into the post season, Pacers rose from the cusp of the playoffs to a top 5 seed.

In case you haven't noticed, LeBron's team is straight trash this year compared to the past. Plus the Raptors are much better than they ever have been. In terms of the most relevant team metrics (specifically Point Differential, Net Rating, and SRS), the Cavaliers beating the Raptors this year would be one of the biggest upsets of all time.
You people need to get with the times. This is 2018, not 2017, 2016, or 2015.

It's not that serious
If cavs win good for them. Raptors fans will be humbled
If raptors win were throwing a parade in Toronto because we beat lebron
No inbetween. Sig bets during playoffs no point.
I'm just excited that my team is in the position to be a finals contender. Some teams haven't been in playoffs for a decade and that won't be changing any time soon
Not taking anything for granted

Great, I propose that if the Raptors win I change my favorite team logo to the team of your choice until the end of next playoffs. And if the Cavs win you change your favorite team logo to the Cavs and eventually whatever team lebron goes to next year, until the end of next year.

Actually I prefer a sig bet, not interested in changing my team logo (btw I'm a Sixers fan as you can see by my logo).
Here's what I propose:
If I win, you put this in your sig:
Since I'm dumb enough to think whatever happened in the past will happen again, I thought the Cavs would beat the Raptors.
If you win, I put this in my sig:
Since I'm too dumb to learn from the past, I thought the Raptors would beat the Cavs.
Deal?

This is already getting spicy. Now watch the Pacers win hahaha
The best part of this sig bet is that neither of them actually route for any of the three teams that would play in this series.
You guys are awesome, ahahaha, love it.
