Deeper than social media ploys. Manipulation. I see where this is heading.

Ego is crazy. Kanye really thinks he got the power to shift people's political perspective. I really am so happy I was never a Ye stan and haven't bumped his ish in years.

Yeezus was a "the emperor's got no clothes" album and TLOP was trash too. I still remember the Yeezus and TLOP arguments on here.

And I'm not listening to that bull especially not from Kanye's actual channel. He hasn't been good enough since MBDTF for me to be struggling to not listen to his new ****. My little brother was all with the "I'm not supporting Kanye" crap then went and listened to the song on Apple Music day one. :noway:

I don’t like Kanye West as a person. But I gotta give credit where it’s due. He knows exactly how to get people’s attention. He knows exactly how to get people checking for him. He’s even integrated that into the music by using it as a platform for explaining his social behavior and views.

He’s figured out how to use this social media generations own narcissistic personality’s to promote him. Because he’s one of them. And this generation actually believes they’re that important. And get on their little soap box to tell everyone how they feel over the internet. It just so happens that it’s the negative that positively stimulates people into checking on him.

He’s now hot news. People are checking his music out for reasons to hate him more. And he can say there’s something wrong with those people. Not him. Because he’s trying to be positive.

It’s actually a lot smarter than I ever gave him credit for being. He’s actually making others look stupid by even paying attention. Again I can’t stand this guy as a person and stopped checking his music after his second album but just the fact that I’m wasting time thinking about this is proof he got me.

I don’t know how long it will last or what the long term impact will be. It may cost him down the line. But I gotta hand it to him. He’s got everybody talking. This is the age of any publicity is good publicity.
