I think Lebron and George are both LA bound which means the sixers likely push all in on Kawhi

I'm really glad that this is the last year where everything is set up perfectly for Toronto to be relevant.

They're so freaking boring. Is this just some weird subconscious bigotry against Canadians or is everyone else bored to death by them as well?

I'm in the camp of keeping this system they have in place, but rotating out their players. I'd love to see RJ Barrett and Wiggins try to pair up for Toronto. Now THAT'S compelling.

I don't necessarily think their style of play is boring. What's boring about them is you know they have already reached their ceiling, and that ceiling is sneaking into the finals due to injuries to other teams and getting swept.

LeBron BETTER get a tech for that.

Biggest fake tough guy in the league. Always picking on point guards. It's hilarious.

EDIT: LMAOOOO VanVleet gets a foul but LeBron gets nothing?!?!?

Surprised Vanvleet didn't get a flagrant for maliciously attacking LeBron's elbow with his face.

So your formula to make the Raptors less boring would be to add a bored player?

The funny thing is we have a better shot at landing RJ Barret than the Raptors.

I think this series may change some things for them. They need another defender on the wing other than Covington. JJ, Belineli and Ilyasova are going to get lit up like Xmas trees, they are gonna need an answer for Brown, Hayward and Tatum going forward and it doesn’t get better than Kawhi. Saric + Fultz + Laker pick and probably more to get it done but I think it’s worth it for Philly

Kawhi has roots in Philly and his current medical team does work for Sixers. It seems like a perfect fit. Simmons, Kawhi and Embiid is a terrifying prospect - might rival best front courts ever including the original Big 3.

Celtics have to consider cost of not trading for him too. A player of his magnitude leaving in FA can change everything.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

It’s not going to matter at all if Simmons can’t shoot. It just flat out won’t. I’d trade Simmons and see what I get out of Fultz because I think we are going to see what happens to the Sixers against a real team in the playoffs. Sure Simmons will score but they will be empty points for the most part.

Wrong see my post above. Simmons can’t shoot. That’s a massive. Masssive problem the deeper you get in the playoffs.

I can't figure out what's wrong with love. On paper he should be a great fit there but he simply isn't. I don't know if he needs the ball in his hands more?
