lol they're in the same tier and it's really a toss up. I'd much rather have Tatum.

Why? Tatum could make him work on both sides of the court.

Too lithe. Do you expect him him to be good against the Cavs?

Yeah. The Cavs don’t have any good wing defenders.
Bet with Stillwater Celtics will finish 6th or higher in ECF Standings Regular Season(17-18). [WON]

Tatum is already a star and an amazing player and you guys deserve to be up 3-0 by clearly outplaying us. Hopefully we can win on at home to keep it respectable, but have really enjoyed watching Rozier and Tatum this series.

76ers have a great future. Embiid is a beast and Simmons is terrific. Saric and Covington are good. Still too early to call on Fultz and you likely have the Lakers pick.
I expect lots of playoff meetings between thr 76ers and Celtics in the future.

Give me Tatum over Simmons/Embiid. This series would be even more embarrassing without Reddick, Belinelli, and Ilyasova playing because Simmons and Embiid can be slowed down and don’t take (or make) the big shots. You know who is in the midst of the best playoff run from a 20 year old in the history of the game? Tatum. He’s legitimate carrying this team as a #1 scoring option and elite defender. I’ve never been more hyped after a game than this one.

The future is blindingly bright in Boston, and this matchup should go down in history as one of the best rivalries in EC history. I’m trying to contain my enthusiasm, but this is so darn exciting. Philly fans, don’t get down. It’s the first year of your ascension to becoming an elite team. The Celtics went through the same exact growing pains, and opposing fans will act like the 76ers aren’t a legitimate threat when we all know they should see multiple ECF appearances over the next 5-10 years.

Regarding Brett Brown, it’s his first playoff experience with a super young squad. He’s gotten the most out of his vets, but Simmons and Embiid have legitimately never seen this level of defense in their life. I think it’s premature to talk about firing Brown until he gets one more year to see what more experience can do for the young guys. Rozier and Jaylen struggled initially in the playoffs, but look at them now with 1/2 years of experience. Fans SEVERELY underestimate how different the playoffs are than the regular season, and thus, they severely underestimate how valuable playoff experience is. This is honestly why I’m outrageously impressed with Tatum/Mitchell.

When they can't feed Joel, they're jack'in highly contested jumpers. And with Boston they rebound so well from every position so this is why they can close really tight on their shooters. Boston has gotten better at this every game...monday will be no different.

The thing is, against the Raptors or Cavs those jumpers wouldn't have been as tenaciously defended. Boston might have the perimter defense in the playoffs right now which is where they were underestimated

he was poor, yea he scored okay but half the time it was almost 4 on 5 out there when he ran PNR with Embid. He can't score from anywhere and couldn't post up. He provides nothing outside passing right now and he was awful on defense. Simmons shrinks the court esp when the shooters are not getting free

But he was 100% correct, it was clear as day they should've taken another wing guy...but no they wanted to take a point guard because they wasn't sure how Simmons would come back. Simmons himself was even saying how he was the point guard and the spot was his.

I remember what Iguodala said about Philly fans, they basically called him trash because he wasn't a 25-30ppg scorer for the 76ers.

yes it is a curse because no matter how well my raptors play in regular season, lebron always manages to play my raptors in round 2

Respect to BOS, they've just been such a tough, gritty team all season.

Stevens being COTY is undeniable. Scary what they could be with a healthy Kyrie, Hayward and if Danny pulls the trigger on another big star. I already said that I believe even without a trade that they'll be better than HOU next year. If they do make one more big move they'll be right there with GSW. PHI has to beat them in a race to acquire Kawhi or it's a wrap. I think BOS with a healthy Kawhi could even possibly take PHI with Bron, what an unreal showdown that would be.

and if you think about it, outside of Tatum and Rozier, no one was a standout there, it comes down to Stevens being that good of a coach, its actually shocking how good he is. If they had their full roster, i'd actually say they would be a chance against Golden State. What they need to do this offseason though is deal for a big.

Same here. I am blown away by the coaching and how hard this team competes every game. Everyone wrote them off after Kyrie went down and somehow they put away Giannis and about to sweep healthy young Sixers squad.

Stevens should win the COY. He's consistently improved their team's win total year after year despite injuries.

Brown hand 16/9 in under 30 minutes, he's been their best player befor the hamstring. The guy was still the third pick in the draft, Boston still has some talent it's just young.

SAS can go suck it. 2 years ago he is trashing The Process. 2 weeks ago he's making claims that we're going to the finals. And now when it's obvious he was wrong, he's jumping off board going on these long-winded artificial rants to make himself feel self-important. That guy is the worst type reporter and I wish BSPN would stop featuring him.
