For **** sake, anyone saying that "it's just a hit on the head!!! Nothing serious!" Must've never played a single minute of sports in their life. An unexpected hit on your head with full force (light hit my ass, that was a full swing by DeRozan) from the back is about as bad as it can get for unintentional hits.

I have played couple decades basketball. Basketball is a contact sport you learn quite quickly to handle those hits. Sure those things sting, but that's it. LeBron fakes those injuries to get resting time, but as long rules allow players to rest during game and stall the game why shouldn't he use that advantage. It is a strange thing that once they added to international basketball a rule that if you stayed down for a certain time you were forced to swap that player out. This somehow reduced the amount of injuries by 90%.

Don't get me wrong, LeBron totally uses the max amount of time he can to rest even on the floor, but usually it's after a hit really was bad and he oversells it a bit.

But saying he flopped and that a full swing from an NBA player to the back of your head shouldn't hurt is just being stupid.
