I get that, but a sweep is remembered as a sweep. It's not like all 4 games came down to the last position, and it isn't even in the ECF. When's the last time this has happend? I know the Mavs laid a stinker against the Warriors 10 years ago.Dadouv47 wrote:red96 wrote:CodeBreaker wrote:When a #1 seed is defeated by LeBron, they suddenly become the worst #1 seed in history
Naw, it isn't that. They lost in 4 games. Like really, 4 games and your the #1 seed? That is just a humongous underachivement. Might as well had forfeit before the series even started.
One point game in Toronto + game winner in game 3. It was a bit more competitive than it looks like.

Lebron is the most hated basketball player of this millennium....and it's all purely basketball related hate too...he's an unselfish/efficient/high bbiq player which RealGM usually GUSHES over...but half of the board hates him like he ran over their dog

We're talking about a team that's named after dinosaurs that were heavily featured in a blockbuster movie around the time they came into existence.picc wrote:SwaggyB wrote:Agreed, more or less. Of course its selling well. It would legitimately be badass and clever, IMO, if it wasn't blatantly stolen from a TV show and about a team that was just swept as a one seed.

We the North is still cringe, but not as bad as the North Remembers, no. I still wish the Rapz could have came up with a campaign that wasn't just jacked straight from a TV show though. I get that its catchy and everything but its so unoriginal.

Does it matter if its the finals or semis? It's still Lebron, and he swept the 60 win hawks just a few years ago.. A sweep is a sweep, sure, but there seems to be a whole lot of overreaction every year when a 1 seed struggles against Lebron..

Raps fans, I know most of y'all are inconsolable right now and you're entitled to that. All I'll say is that someday, you guys will probably be hanging some banners, and whether you believe me now or not, you'll look back on this time as just part of the process of becoming champions. Be down, but don't STAY down; this, too, shall pass.

Overrated isn’t really true.. this team had the second best record in the league. That’s not a fluke. This is them just running into a monster that is lebron And not being able to get past him.
The over reaction is ridiculous

The Pistons went to re-tool after 08. They only lost to LeBron once prior to that.
The Wiz were never good
