At least put up the polls...

Celtics in 6. Not overly confident at all just like the last 2 series but we’ll see how this goes.

I’ll tell you this, Celtics HAVE TO win the first 2 games at home. If they lose game 1, it’s a sweep because Lebron will go harder game 2 like he did against Toronto. If the Celtics split then its over in 5 or 6 games in favor of the Cavs. Celtics have to win the first 2 to have a good chance winning

That was after witnessing a mans leg fall off his body.

Cavs prolly win cause nba will give lebron the calls but all things equal this would be a celtics sweep. Hayward and Irving would change everything here.

Or how about the destruction of Boston during the Paul Pierce game?

For as much trash as we talk about Toronto, Cleveland has been every bit as disrespectful towards Boston since LeBron returned.

Cleveland sucks and the player that won them their only championship left that toxic environment because he couldnt handle the ball washing

Hush little Corey it's okay, no more tears.

We got some days to rest, I hope Brown can be healthy in this series.

Celtics already over achieved for the year. I'm satisfied with the progress.

Cavs playing the same opponents in the same order the entire playoffs so far. Looking for one more round with the same result, then try to flip the result in round 4.

Pretty sure we shouldn't count the one where our new star player snapped his leg into **** dust 5 minutes into it. The last one was during our worst stretch of ball of the season when Toronto wiped us out and Philly beat us at home in like the same week.

Both teams are extremely different right now. Brown and Tatum are on another level during the playoffs..but Kyrie is not there anymore. Not sure what to expect out of anybody on that Cavs team except LeBron. Thompson and Love are always a bad situation for Horford..but idk. If we win 2 games I'll be pretty happy tbf..if Horford outplays Love I think Boston has a shot here..but that's a big if.

Ya regular season, particularly for these two teams, means absolutely nothing. Boston is on fire and Lebron is rolling.
I can’t wait for this series to start because I think it will tell us a lot about the previous opponents. Were the raps just terrified of lebron? And was philly just way too overrated with it’s young stars not ready for the big stage?
Horford has not faired well against the cavs... don’t know what to expect. Brad might have to tweak that lineup against that short Cavs unit. Definitely can’t play Horford and Baynes together. Not sure who Brad will go to to stop a Lebron+Love frontcourt.
That being said, I don’t know if Lue has an answer for Boston’s backcourt (Tatum, Brown, Rozier). I don’t think there’s anything, other than maybe stage fright (which hasn’t been evident yet), that can stop them from being as productive as they were against the sixers.

I don't know what Stevens' strategy for this series is. Will he shut down LeBrons' teammates and LeBron dominate or try to contain LeBron and let his teammates beat us.

Cavs in 4. Celtics just don't have the guys to get past the LeBrons.

Another Warriors versus Cavs in the finals. I expect about four or five more rematches in the finals between these two teams.

Cavaliers in 6, Lebron at this stage of his career is not losing to a team with inferior talent.

The refs will call foul on all that pushing and pulling that the Celtics do on both offense and defense, but try to hide. It won't work when it's done against LeBron James as he'll get the majority of the calls, for himself and for his teammates, being a superstar.

Like it or not, when LeBron complains about a call, it goes his way most of the time.

I think during the series a lot of Celtics players will be in foul trouble. The closer you get to the Finals, the touchier the refs get with their calls. They won't allow as much of that pushing and pulling that Stevens instructs his players to do.

Cavaliers in 6.

Anyone think this thread is gonna be worse than the Cavs Raps thread in terms of complaining about the refs lol

If LeBron plays the way he did against Toronto, I can't see how the Celtics can win. If the Cavs steal game 1, I could see another sweep. But if the C's are at the top of their game (which there were not in games 2-5 vs the Sixers), we can at least scare the living s*** out of them.

Well last season there was a pointguard who torched Boston for 26 points on 62/50 shooting, at least there's one less thing to worry about.

LOL@ the thinking lebron gets calls like that.

Bron gonna goto lim 10 times a game and have about 6 travels not called. Simple.

IF his shot is falling then Cavs win going away but lebron cant shoot for **** for someone considered a all time great.

I think Stevens has always realized he'll get his and tries to stop the supporting cast. Most likely Brown and Morris will get single coverage.
