IMO, you shouldn't want him at all.

Sounds like he'll be there for the Knicks as better players go to smarter teams.

agreed, backs injuries often linger and will rear its head some point down the line in all likelihood

I know the results will be televised later but isn't the actual lottery happening like right now? Or at least sometime within the next hour?

Even besides that, not a fan. As I said above, I see a KVH type. Volume scorer, but a turnstile on defense and offering little help elsewhere.

When they go through the envelopes, I get the same anxiety that I get when I shoot a shot in the DM's

think about that feeling if our envelope gets passed up at #9....this place will explode and then we will go through 8-7-6-5 and 4 without being worried about getting that envelope....it would be euphoria

I must admit I would actually be worried if we moved up to #1 due to expectations. I would expect Ayton to be Ewing, but he's no where close. To have a guy with that much size but plays no defense is like keeping Kanter. The hype around Luka is ridiculous and I just don't see the talent outside of Gallo. Porter is a huge health risk and I would not be surprised if he drops past 6. Trae Young is terribly undersized, even Curry looks down to him. I like JJJ but we would need to trade down to 3 or 4 and same with Bam.

If played at the 3, defense is an issue. But Porter's skill set seems to be a good fit at the 4 in today's game. He'd instantly be one of the quicker 4's capable of beating his guy off the dribble, as well as having the lateral quickness to defend
