Options, no?

Somebody will trade back with LAC if a player the Clips want falls and the team moving back wants guys like SGA, Williams, etc

Why does he have to work for us? He isn't working for any other NBA team.

That's why I want Miles.

I've been back and forth on Miles all year. Going into the season I predicted we'd end up with the 6th worst record (and any other year, 29 wins=5th or 6th) and we'd take Miles. However, he didnt seem to improve from yr 1 to 2. He's still a clunky ball handler. Also he lacks ideal length, tho I'm interested in getting official measurements from the combine

Yeah...Wish he was little bit taller............

its deep draft guys we can still get good pick at least knicks didn't move down spot. I really do believe that memphis, dallas, orlando, and the bulls got punished for tanking.

Ya but not possible if Magic picks Træ

Anyway I will say more chance they go Sexton or Miles than Mikal unless LeBron tells he is staying

yep, if he were 6'8 w/ a wingspan of 7'0 in dont think there would be as big an issue. but some reports say he's about 6'6, w.s of 6'9

As opposed to ending in the same position if they won a few more games? Cmon man there was no incentive to win those meaningless end of the season games against those end of the bench rotations we were facing.

We always have the folks that crave the low efficiency "create for himself" chuckers. The DSjrs. Melo can create for himself too btw.

Why does he have to work for us? He isn't working for any other NBA team.

Oh, you're serious. Well, for one thing, Ewing has never worked for the Knicks since being traded away from the team. There is little connection between Ewing and the organization at present. Second, Ewing is currently employed elsewhere. It might be different if Ewing was unemployed and viewed as a sentimental choice, but he's currently under contract with Georgetown and who knows what sort of rules they have about him being affiliated or otherwise representing another organization. Thirdly, teams send a representative of the team to these events. Sure, it's all in an unofficial capacity, but it is broadcast and that means the team is clearly sending a publicly visible message that they want this person to be associated with this organization. Nothing in the last 17 years indicates a desire by the Knicks to bring Ewing into the fold in any capacity.
