You know what would be the funniest thing ever?

If Lebron and Westbrook somehow joined the Rockets and they still lost to Steph in the Conference finals. LMAO!!!

That’ll work in your favor big time. Media about to roast this team for three days.

I don't think these players care. LeBron might but at this point it doesn't matter how well he plays.

Que the no help for Lebron narrative. Lol, he's losing to a "team" with no stars. Unselfish team ball >>>>>>>>>>>LeBron ball.

Can't wait for the day that people stop making excuses for this dude. His style of basketball makes teammates codependent. That's why all his teams have the same problems. It's not team basketball, it's stat pad LeBron basketball.

What more ca. He do?

He needs to go 50 and 20? Lord. They aren’t that good.

He wasted too much energy on 1st quarter for a superficial lead that will not last against a team with huge tenacity and well coached like Celtics. Should have just keep it close and manage his energy better than that, try steal it at the end.
He looks average 3/4 of the game ...
You see, numbers on paper don't tell the whole story ... overall, Lebron was bit flat today.

Celtics will go from zeroes to how can you expect to beat a team of so many young stars.

I really disagree with this. (although he wasn't already top 3 with you? after 2016?) but this season has not been a good look for him. he's not playing against stacked super teams where it's so unfair, his team is shelling out millions for this team, he's had a hand in players like Kyrie leaving, and then turning the IT trade into peanuts.

he's playing a team which is not built with any superstars, it's using team ball and working hard, LeBron has often looked a lot this play-offs not that he just doesn't need his teammates help, but that he doesn't want their help. that's beginning to show in the way this team is expressing itself.

Pacers and Raps were good teams. They're not 73 win and adding an MVP level player stacked, but good teams nonetheless. Pacers were a 50+ win team with Oladipo and that Raps almost won 60. People like to discredit Bron, but he damn near willed these Cavs to 2 series victories, possibly a third, all the whilst playing with players that are completely inconsistent on both sides of the ball. If you're depending on JR Spliff, no balls Love and 1 trick pony Korver to get you far in the playoffs, then you better hope you have a LeBron, MJ or prime Shaq on your roster..

That's why all his teams suck when he leaves right

LeBron didn't want Kyrie traded, didn't want midseason trades either. Team could never develop a cohesive team ball element after losing the main second cog and having a flux of players in and out all season. His stats this year were inflated because the one game plan they had was similar to cavs-gsw 2015. But it shouldn't be a bad look for him, done the best possible thing. He needs to go to a team that has a great system so they can use LeBron ball as the second system.

I'll admit so far I didn't think we would be down 0-2.

But considering how different Boston plays on the road, we could easily be coming back to Boston 2-2, and all the Cavs have to do is win one in Boston. Still not going to be concerned yet.

Similar to lakers, celtics have something other teams don't have and that is the weight of the jersey due to so much previous success

I think everyone has to realize talent. Celtics are loaded. The team has a ton of ability. It might be young, but they have A LOT of good players.

Many people in this thread - in the very first quarter - said that such a game favours the Celtics anyway and they were right.
