Celtics are embarrassing both Cleveland and Toronto at the same time

Celtics showing why they might be a greater challenge this year than HOU but will definitely be so by next year.

By next year (if healthy) BOS >> HOU guaranteed.

Wow one of the first things Lue said in his post game was that it’s hard for JR to get in a rhythm when he’s “not getting touches”. A bit of a dig at Bron’s first half?

I'll admit so far I didn't think we would be down 0-2.

But considering how different Boston plays on the road, we could easily be coming back to Boston 2-2, and all the Cavs have to do is win one in Boston. Still not going to be concerned yet.

Aren’t you the guy who kept saying Toronto is more of a threat and a better team than the Celtics? Lol
I thought they were, yes. Clearly I was wrong.

But a home team winning the first two games in a series isnt going to concern LeBron. Especially when its a team that has played so differently on the road. Ill be surprised if Boston wins a game in Cleveland.

But then I wasnt expecting to be down 0-2, so who knows.

I won't gloat just yet because this aint the Sixers.

But I feel it would be extremely difficult for LeBron since he just does not have enough help this year.

Cavs scored 83 points last game. Scored 94 tonight including 39 points only in the second half. What a dominating display of defense by the Celtics

I expected the Celtics to win the first 2 and then the Cavs to make their stand at home . They are an offensive team and so I didn't expect much on the road

Lol...just no...what the Celtics have right now is a ton of young talent, chemistry, and a coach/GM on their way to being all-time greats....Lakers are nowhere near that right now...

Can't wait for the day that people stop making excuses for this dude. His style of basketball makes teammates codependent. That's why all his teams have the same problems. It's not team basketball, it's stat pad LeBron basketball.

That's why all his teams suck when he leaves right

It's because his teams do everything to cater to him while he's there. So when LeBron jumps from the sinking ship AGAIN, what can the Cavs do with the most expensive group of role players that were ever assembled FOR and BY him?

Hopefully not. It would just be us getting crushed by the Rockets or Warriors lol

He'll go to a team that has a high chance of making the Finals...Hou or Phila

Stop that noise, we can be contenders if we get two of PG/Kawhi/DeMar.

They are good but mostly to buying into Brad Stevens system. No egos and everyone trusts each other.
If you look at the players who have left the Celtics, they have completely wilted outside Steven's system (IT, Crowder, Bradley)

Celtics to quick and too athletic. They can break you down at 4 of 5 positions.

So much fun to watch. I think they can take one game in Cleveland and head home game 5 with a chance.

I also hope this ends the Best Player Always Wins stuff that people say without thinking.

Celtics haven’t had the best player in the floor in any game this postseason.

Boston ain't great away team, so this could easily be 2-2 after Cleveland trip.

Boston's offense is poison for Cavs. Cavs tactic has been trying to hide weaker defenders or resters on other team 3&d players. Most NBA team have those players and that's why it is so effective defensive tactic. But Boston attacks with 5 players, so now those players need to participate in defense and so far it's been looking bad.

Cavs offense is quite badly dependable with LeBron. There's very little idea how they should play when he is out and you have to put some blame on Lue. They have had time to create some kind of offensive plays without LeBron, but they haven't. LeBron can't play full throttle offense 4 quarters.

But I do want Boston to go to finals. This team have proven that you don't need superstars (they do have future stars). You can also succeed with good coaching and player development, so maybe all these tanking teams start looking good coaches and concentrating on player development instead of trying to find next LeBron from draft. Less tanking is always a good thing.

NBA tv already using the Lebron injury as a excuse for the rest of the Cavs team playing bad.
