I find myself being kind of moody, angry at chalm down, agitated in the morning sometimes. not good, or impressed so far.

I think IF fits well with college kids who can sleep in every day and can get a lot of sleep. My lifestyle doesn't really work well with it since i only sleep about 5 hours most days.

Yessir. A bit harder to focus on not eating when your schedule is like that. It's also something else I've got to account for, and I don't need much more of that.

Yeah buddy. I've dropped ten pounds by just doing calisthenics and not stuffing my face in the wee hours of the morning. Diet is such a huge part of it. I did give IF about four days of my time though.

How about You? Any good results?

Balls win by the Rockets. If Curry stays cooked a miracle could happen. Gotta bring it in game 3.

Do IF for a month Iggs, and DoM. Your body needs to adapt to it and it'll keep fighting it off till it caves in and it'll come more naturally. But at the end of the day, It's just a tool.

Yeah that's what I figured... definitely takes some time to get used to because I have been on 20 hour eating window previously for a long time lol rather drastic change.

I'm gonna keep going hard at chalm down until I reach my goal sir :usa:
