If Kostas last name was Robinson, would anyone talk about him, ever?

Jontay is better at a younger age than Olynyk, I’d be pretty happy with him at #17

That's a good example for your first comment - there's far too little information in that video to come to your second comment.

it's an opinion thing....what do you want me to say?

robinson was a top 3 center, and top 10 overall, in his recruiting class

That makes sense. I just think they're the same type of player, probably have similar length, but Antetokounmpo isn't a moron.

Robinson was a 5 star recruit that could have gone to play basically anywhere he wanted. Kostas is a guy that struggled to get minutes on a bad mid-major team.

Edit: Robinson also averaged the most rebounds per 40 minutes in EYBL history. Kostas is probably statistically the worst rebounding big man in the entire draft class. Robinson was the 2nd best shot blocker in EYBL history. Kostas is merely an okay shot blocker at Dayton.

He's probably comparable to someone like Andre Roberson right now, but he'll be coming into the NBA much younger, so more formative years in the NBA environment.

Oh his shot is already light years ahead of Roberson's though. Don't think he's ever gonna be a 3PT sharpshooter but he hit 41% from there (only 40 attempts though) and was a respectable 72% from the FT line. He could be like a Zach LaVine that cares on defense.

Keita Bates-Diop is four years older than Porter. He was just graduating from high school when he was Porter's age.
I am looking for guys you can help us now. Not 3 or more years from now.

Then trade the pick for a NBA player.

Robinson was given a scout grade of 95......#11 on the top 100 ESPN recruiting ranking, and #9 on Rivals........and a 5 star recruit

Kostas was given a scout grade of 77....not on the top 100 ESPN recruiting ranking, and #89 on Rivals.....and a 4 star recruit

Robsinson: Measured 7'0 without shoes, 7'1 with shoes, 223 lbs, with a 7'4 wingspan and 9'3 standing reach at the June 2017 USA U19 tryouts

Kostas: Measured 6’9.5’’ in shoes, with a 6’11.5’’ wingspan and 176 lbs at the 2015 Nike Basketball Academy

we're talking about a grown man and a skinny kid

Robinson is super interesting. Would love to buy into the end of the first round if he's still available.

Someone must have transposed Wendell and Javon Carter's standing reach.

9-7.5 standing reach for Bamba. 9-2 for Kostas, pretty good.

I know he's a slow and stiff but Isaac Haas is a monster.
